This research used eggs which have been fertilized and incubated in the female-parent mouth of farmed tilapia few hours after fertilization. After that, the eggs were placed in incubation containers in the forms of 3 paint buckets which have been cleaned with a tip of 25cm prepared with temperatures of 27°C, 32°C, and 34°C. Data studied in this research were egg hatchability, larvae mortality, and fish embryo development. Data of the egg hatchability and the mortality of farmed tilapia larvae were analyzed using the One-Factor Variant Analysis to determine differences of average values on treatments given. The DMRT test (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test) was done to determine differences among treatments given. Analysis on the embryo development of farmed tilapia was done descriptively. Research results show that temperatures do not present significant differences on farmed tilapia’s egg hatchability. The result of the highest egg hatchability at the temperature of 32°C was 68.66%. The influence of temperatures on farmed tilapia mortality is very significant and the highest mortality at 34°C is 100%. The development of the fish embryo on treatment temperatures at 32°C and 34°C are faster than one at 27°C Keywords : temperature, hatching, development, embryo, hatchability, egg, mortality, and larvae
