The research is a research with census. The data used primary data taken from sample of all population, namely 70 respondents. The instrument of analyzing the data used testing validity, reliability, linearity, path analysis, double of regression linear analysis, t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient. Testing validity and reliability has been conducted by one shot method in which the result was that the overall items were valid and reliable. The result of t-test showed that workshop has negative influence and not significant; discipline and organization culture has positive influence and significant toward commitment of organization; workshop has negative influence and significant; discipline, organization culture, commitment of organization has positive influence and significant toward performance. The result of F-test showed that workshop, discipline, organization culture, and commitment of organization simultaneously influenced performance.. The researcher recommended a management that influence of workshop and organization culture toward performance of employee not through organization commitment is significant and effective to encourage improvement of employee performance and influence of discipline toward employee performance through commitment of organization is significant and effective to encourage improvement of employee performance.. Keywords: Workshop, Discipline, Organization Culture, Organization Commitment, Performance ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh diklat, kedisiplinan, budaya organisasi dan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada Bidang Bina Marga Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Energi Sumber Daya Mineral Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan sensus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan mengambil sampel seluruh populasi sebanyak 70 responden. Alat analisis berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji linieritas, analisa jalur, analisa regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan dengan one shot methods hasil yaitu seluruh item dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa diklat berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan , kedisiplinan, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; diklat berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, kedisiplinan, budaya organisasi komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa diklat, kedisiplinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan mempengaruhi Kinerja. Rekomendasi yang disampaikan kepada manajemen adalah bahwa Pengaruh Diklat dan budaya organisaso terhadap Kinerja pegawai tanpa melalui komitmen organisasi signifikan dan efektif untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai dan pengaruh kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi dan signifikan dan efektif untuk mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai .
