1) Packaged software is mass-produced, copyrighted retail software that meets the needs of a variety of users.
Packaged software adalah paket software yang diproduksi massal, hak cipta perangkat lunak yang
memenuhi kebutuhan dari berbagai pengguna
2) Custom software, performs functions specific to a business industry
Custom software adalah perangkat lunak khusus, melakukan fungsi khusus untuk usaha industry

Word processing software memungkinkan pengguna untuk membuat dan memanipulasi teks dan

b) Spreadsheet software allow users to organize data in rows and columns, perform calculation, recalculate
when data changes, and chart the data.
