PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS (ROA), RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE), DAN EARNING
PER SHARE (EPS) TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
(Survey pada Perusahaan Advertising, Printing, dan Media yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia Periode 2012-2016)
Investor melakukan investasi pada perusahaan yang mempunyai profit yang cukup baik karena
menunjukan prospek yang cerah sehingga investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi, yang nantinya akan
mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan. Salah satu cara untuk memprediksi harga saham adalah dengan
melakukan analisis fundamental melalui rasio keuangan. Rasio keuangan dapat digunakan oleh investor
sebagai alat untuk menganalisis kemampuan perusahaan dalam mencetak laba berdasarkan saham yang
dimiliki. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rasio keuangan bermanfaat dalam menilai kondisi keuangan
perusahaan.
Nilai saham perusahaan tercermin dalam kinerja perusahaan, apabila kinerja keuangan
perusahaan menunjukkan adanya prospek yang baik maka sahamnya akan diminati oleh investor dan
harganya meningkat. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kinerja keuangan
perusahaan dengan harga sahamnya. Rasio yang dapat digunakan oleh investor antara lain Return on
Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Earning Per Share (EPS).
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Return on
Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap Harga Saham. Metode penelitian yang digunakan
yaitu deskriptif asosiatif yang merupakan metode untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari
variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Objek penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu laporan
keuangan pada perusahaan sektor Advertising, Printing, dan Media yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia (BEI) periode 2012-2016 sebanyak 55 laporan keuangan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan
Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh sebesar 0,882 atau 88,2% terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan
sektor Advertising, Printing, dan Media yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 20122016. Adapun saran yang diajukan penulis bahwa perusahaan harus melakukan pertimbangan dalam
melakukan investasi dengan melihat dan menganalisis terlebih dahulu kondisi perusahaan melalui rasio
keuangan khususnya Return On Assets (ROA) dan Earnings Per Shares (EPS).

Investors investing in companies that have a good enough profit because it showed
good prospects so that investors are keen to invest, which would later influence the company's share
price. One way to predict stock prices is to do fundamental analysis through financial ratios. Financial
ratios can be used by investors as a tool to analyze the company's capability in generating profit based
on shares owned. This shows that the financial ratio is useful in assessing the financial condition of the
company.
The company's stock value is reflected in the performance of the company, if the company's
financial performance shows that there is a good prospect then shares will be sought after by
investors and the price will increase. This indicates the existence of a positive relationship between the
financial performance of the company by its stock price. The ratio that can be used by investors, among
others, Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS).
The purpose of this research was to know if the Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity
(ROE),and Earning Per Share (EPS) effect on stock prices. The research method used that
is associative and descriptive method to know or no influence from the dependent variable against
the independent variable. The object of research conducted on the company's financial statements,
namely the sector of Advertising, Printing, and the Media listed on the Indonesia stock exchange (idx) of
the period of 2012-2016 as much as 55 financial statements.
The results of this study showed that the Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE),
and Earning Per Share (EPS) amounted to 0.882 or influential 88.2% against the price of the stock on
the company's sectors of Advertising, Printing, and the Media listed on the Indonesia stock exchange
(idx) of the period of 2012-2016. As for the suggestion that the author submitted that the company should
perform consideration in investing by watching and analyzing the first condition the company through
a financial ratios in particular Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE).
