ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham dan
menggunakan DER dan ROE sebagai variabel dalam hubungan antara kinerja keuangan dengan harga
saham. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari ICMD perusahaan manufaktur kategori Food and Beverages yang
terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 dan 2014 sebanyak 15 perusahaan yang memenuhi
kriteria 12 perusahaan dan 3 perusahaan yang tidak memenuhi kriteria. Karena semua perusahaan ada yang
memenuhi criteria ada yang tidak dalam pemilihan sampel, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak
60 data. Teknik analisis yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ada menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk
memperoleh gambaran hubungan antar variabel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan kinerja
keuangan berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, untuk variabel DER berpengaruh terhadap harga saham dan
ROE berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the level of effect the financial performance on the stock prices and use the
DER and ROE as a variable in the relationship between the financial performance and the stock price. The
research data was obtained from the manufacturing companies ICMD of Food and Beverages categories
listed in IDX for the period 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 as many as 15 companies and the companies
meet the criteria of 12 companies and three companies do not meet the criteria. It is because there are
companies who fulfill and do not fulfill the criteria in the selection of the sample, and the sample in this study
as many as 60 data. The analysis technique used in this study are using multiple linear regression to obtain a
picture of the relationship between variables. The analysis showed that significantly the financial performance
affect the stock prices, for the DER variables has an effect on stock prices and ROE has an effect on stock
prices.
