ABSTRACT Electromyograph (EMG) had a function of detecting the potential existence of electricity that was produced by muscle cells at the time of the contraction muscle and relaksasi. The signal of muscle electricity could be received through the EMG electrode fitting that was placed in the surface of skin to the muscle that will be taken by his signal data. The system that was produced from EMG could study the muscle signal from the surface of skin when someone carried out the certain movement. So as to be able to be used for the control signal of the system or other equipment. The EMG signal had the characteristics of the quite small amplitude (0 10 mV) and the frequency in range 20 500 Hz. [11]. The feature extractionwas carried out in the time domain by producing the RMS value the amplitude of the EMG signal and the feature extractionwas in the frequency domain used by Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) by counting the Mean Power Frequency value (MPF) and the Frequency Median (MDF) the EMG signal. From results of the feature extraction was received by the MPF value, MDF and RMS to the muscle extensor carpi radialis longus, flexor carpi ulnaris and flexor carpi radialis for the HO condition, HC, WF and WE. Nilai MPF lowered 56.507 Hz and the MPF value highest 209.67 Hz. The MDF value lowered 39.512 Hz and the MDF value highest 152.28 Hz. The RMS value the lowered amplitude 0.10681 mV and the RMS value highest 0.91393 mV. Sinyal listrik otot dapat diperoleh melalui pemasangan elektroda EMG yang diletakkan di permukaan kulit pada otot yang akan diambil data sinyalnya. Sistem yang dihasilkan dari EMG mampu mempelajari sinyal otot dari permukaan kulit saat seseorang melakukan kondisi tertentu. Sehingga dapat digunakan untuk sinyal kendali sistem atau perangkat lain. Sinyal EMG mempunyai karakteristik amplitudo cukup kecil (0 – 10 mV) dan frekuensi pada range 20 – 500 Hz.[11]. Ekstraksi ciri dilakukan pada domain waktu dengan menghasilkan nilai RMS amplitudo sinyal EMG dan ekstraksi ciri dalam domain frekuensi digunakan Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) dengan menghitung nilai Mean Power Frequency (MPF) dan Median Frequency (MDF) sinyal EMG. Dari hasil ekstraksi ciri diperoleh nilai MPF, MDF dan RMS pada otot extensor carpi radialis longus, flexor carpi ulnaris dan flexor carpi radialis untuk kondisi HO, HC, WF dan WE. Nilai MPF terendah 56,507 Hz dan nilai MPF tertinggi 209,67 Hz. Nilai MDF terendah 39,512 Hz dan nilai MDF tertinggi 152,28 Hz.
