POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) KANTOR AREA VII JAWA TIMUR) oleh Icmi Nisa Emiria 0910106205 Abstrak The purpose of this research is to find out the employee’s performance at the Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Area VII in East Java, the influence of management audit in order to improve the performance of Human Resources, and also the advantage of the implementation of the management audit to appraise the effectiveness and the efficiency of the Human Resources function. The result of this research shows that the implementation of management audit in order to improve the performance of Human Resources function at the Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Area VII East Java can be said well and has been running effectivelly and efficiently. Based on the customer satisfaction analysis result to the service at the Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Area VII in East Java, it can be known that the service at the Office of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Area VII East Java has been graded quite well.
