ABSTRACT EVALUATION OF PRESCRIPTION WRITING IN OUTPATIENS WITH NATIONAL FORMULARY AT MARINE HOSPITAL INSTALLATION CILANDAK PERIOD JANUARY-MARCH 2018 Name : Dian Yayu Yulianti Nim : 15018 Pharmaceutical service is one of the activities in hospitals that can support quality healt services. Factors that can improve the quality of pharmaceutical services are prescription services. The prescription given to the patient must refer to the national formulary. If the recipe is not in accordance with the natonal formulary, it will affect the quality of service at the pharmaceutical installation. This study aims to determine the percentage of suitability of drug prescription for the national formulary at the marine hospital of cilandak in the January-msrch 2018 period. This research is a description non-experimental study with data collected retrospectively. Analysis period for 3 months. Taken data using random sampling method that is by taking outpatient prescription for januari, February, march 2018. The results showed that the suitability evaluation of writing resel to national formulary was 92,10% and that did not refer to the national formulary as much as 7,89%.
