Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa Materi Kebebasan Berorganisasi Kelas VA SD Negeri 16 Mandonga Kota Kendari? Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, aktivitas mengajar guru, dan aktivitas belajar siswa Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan siswa Kelas VA SD Negeri 16 Mandonga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas VA semester genap SD Negeri 16 Mandonga yang berjumlah 22 orang, terdiri atas 9 laki-laki dan 13 perempuan. Instrumen yang di gunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes siklus, yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Jenis data yaitu data kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui hasil belajar PKn siswa data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui hasil observasi guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini dikatakan tuntas apabila skenario pembelajaran 80% terlaksana. Faktor yang diteliti adalah(1) hasil belajar siswa, (2) aktivitas mengajar guru, (3) aktivitas belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil belajar PKn dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning pada siswa kelas VA di SD Negeri 16 Mandonga dalam penelitian ini terjadi peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa, yakni nilai hasil belajar PKn siswa siklus I ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai 68,18%, dengan nilai rata-rata 71,36 dan pada siklus II ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal mencapai 90,90% siswa memperoleh nilai 70, dengan nilai rata-rata 79,31. Aktivitas mengajar guru siklus I skenario pembelajaran yang berhasil dilakukan guru rata-rata 67,64%, sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata 85,29%. Aktivitas belajar siswa dalam kegiatan belajar pada siklus I rata-rata skor perolehan siswa adalah 68,75%, sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata 90,62%. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan evaluasi pada setiap siklus dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VA di SD Negeri 16 Mandonga Kota Kendari dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL). The purpose of this research is to improve learning outcomes, teaching activities of teachers and students learning activities Civics VA grade students of SD Negeri 16 Mandonga. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK). The research subject of this class action is the teacher and student classes second semester VA SD Negeri 16 Mandonga numbering 22 people, consisting of 9 men and 13 women.
