ABSTRAK
“EVALUASI KONTRAS LANGSUNG DAN DIENDAPKAN PADA
PEMERIKSAAN COLON IN LOOP DI GDC RSU DR. SOETOMO”

Colon in loop merupakan teknik pemeriksaan radiologi usus besar yang dapat
menggunakan kontras tunggal dengan menggunakan larutan kontras barium,
sedangkan kontras ganda menggunakan larutan barium dan udara. Pemeriksaan
Colon In Loop anatomi, dan posisi serta lesi affect atau defect pada usus besar,
dengan menggunakan alat fluoroskopi.
Pemeriksaan colon in loop kontras ganda media kontrasnya berupa campuran
antara BaSO4 dan udara. Teknik pembuatan kontras ganda terdiri dari beberapa
tahap, tahap-tahap itu meliputi, tahap pengisian yaitu larutan barium mengisi
lumen colon, tahap pelapisan waktu untuk menununggu larutan barium melapisi
mukosa colon (coating), tahap pengosongan dimana sisa larutan barium dalam
lumen colon perlu dibuang sebanyak yang dapat dikeluarkan kembali, tahap
pengembangan disini dilakukan pemompaan udara ke dalam lumen colon, terakhir
tahap pemotretan, setelah seluruh colon mengembang sempurna, maka dilakukan
pemotretan radiografik.
Media kontras yang diggunakan microbar powder barium sulphate fungsi
dan keggunaannya memperlihatkan bentuk anatomi bagian yang di periksa dan
memperlihatkan fungsi organ yang diperiksa. Organ yang menjadi targetnya
adalah colon, unsur yang terdapat didalamnya barium sulfat 100 gr + 600-800ml
air. Cara kerjanya per anal yaitu pemberian bahan kontras melalui bentuk media
kontras dimasukkan melalui dubur layaknya enema dengan bantuan rectal kateter.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian study kasus yaitu suatu keadaan
atau kejadian yang disebut sebagai kasus dengan menggunakan cara yang
sistematis dalam melakukan persamaan data, pengumpulan data, analisis
informasi dan laporan hasilnya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah hasil
pemeriksaan Colon In Loop khusus kontras ganda di GDC RSU Dr. Soetomo
Surabaya, ruang D10 data di peroleh pada periode bulan Januari 2016.
Bedasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan hasil gambaran coating yang bagus pada
kontras barium diendapkan sebanyak 64%, untuk hasil gambaran kontras barium
langsung didapatkan gambaran tidak coating 36%. Dari hasil penelitian kami
dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menghasilkan coating yang bagus pada
pemeriksaan kontras ganda Colon In Loop tidak dipengaruhi oleh batasan usia,
klinis, dan jenis kelamin, tetapi hanya dipengaruhi oleh teknik pembuatan larutan
kontras barium yang diendapakan atau secara lansung.

Colon in the loop is a radiology technique that can use the colon using a
single contrast barium contrast, while using the double contrast barium and air.
Examination Colon in Loop anatomy, and position as well as affective lesion or
defect in the colon, by using fluoroscopy.
Examination Colon in loop double contrast media contra as mixture of
BaSO4 and air. The technique of making double contrast consists of several
stages, stages that cover, filling stage ie barium solution fills the lumen of the
colon, stage coating time to wait olutions barium coats the colonic mucosa
(coating), stage of discharge where residual barium in the lumen of the colon
needs to be removed as much as can be reissued, stage of development here is
done pumping air into the lumen of the colon, the last phase of shooting, after the
entire colon unfolded, then performed imejing radiographic.
Contrast media used barium sulphate powder microbar function for
exposing the anatomical shapes in check and show organ function were examined.
That becomes the target organ is the colon, the elements contained therein barium
sulfate 100 gr + 600-800ml water. How it works per anal namely providing
contrast material through the form of a contrast medium inserted through the
rectum like a rectal enema with the aid of a catheter.
This study uses a case study research design is a condition or event is
referred to as a case using a systematic way of doing equations of data, data
collection, information analysis and report the results. Samples in this study was
the examination results Colon in Loop double contrast in GDC RSU Dr. Soetomo,
room D10. Data obtained during the period of January, 2016.
Based on this study, the results of coating a nice overview of the
precipitated barium contrast 64%, for the results obtained directly barium contrast
picture portrayal coating 36%. From our results we can conclude that in order to
produce a good coating on examination double-contrast Colon In Loop is not
influenced by age, clinical, and sex, but only influenced by the technique of
making the sedimented barium contrast or directly.
