INTISARI
Variabel Market to Book Value Ratio (MBVR) merupakan rasio yang
memberikan indikasi tentang bagaimana pandangan investor terhadap suatu
perusahaan. Variabel lain yang tak pernah kalah penting adalah tingkat suku
bunga deposito, yang biasanya dijadikan pembanding oleh investor apakah
menyimpan dananya di bank atau berinvestasi saham di pasar modal.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis dan
verifikatif dengan menggunakan metode statistik regresi berganda. Pengujian data
dilakukan dengan menggunakan taraf nyata 5%. Seluruh perhitungan statistik
dilakukan dengan bantuan Software SPSS.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Market to Book Value
Ratio (MBVR) dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Deposito secara simultan mempengaruhi
Return Saham. Sedangkan dari uji hipotesis parsial, Market to Book Value Ratio
(MBVR) dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Deposito secara siginifikan berpengaruh
terhadap Return saham.

ABSTRACT
Market to book value ratio is the ratio which gives an indication of low
investor regard the company. Other variable which is not less important is time
deposit interest rate. It is usually used by investors to make decision whether
investing in time deposit or in common stock.
The research method used in this paper is descriptive analysis and
verification through multiple regression analysis. Data testing were done
significance. The whole calculation is computed by Software SPSS.
The final result of the research shows that Market to Book Value Ratio
and Time deposit interest rate are simultaneously affecting stock return. Although
from partial hypothesis test shows that Market to Book Value Ratio and Time
deposit interest rate that significantly affecting stock return.
