APA YANG KAMI PERCAYA...
GPSDI Jemaat Suara Sangkakala adalah gereja berdasarkan
Alkitab. Kami berdasarkan Alkitab dalam hal kami berusaha untuk
mendasarkan semua keyakinan kami dan gaya hidup kami pada
bagian eksplisit dari Alkitab atau pada prinsip-prinsip alkitabiah.
Berdasarkan Alkitab, kami percaya pada hal-hal berikut ini..
DOKTRIN DASAR
Doktrin dasar adalah standar Alkitabiah tentang keselamatan
penuh, yang meliputi: pertobatan, baptisan air secara selam dalam
nama Tuhan Yesus Kristus untuk pengampunan dosa, dan baptisan
Roh Kudus dengan tanda berbicara dengan bahasa lain
sebagaimana yang diberikan oleh Roh Kudus.
Kami akan berusaha untuk menjaga kesatuan Roh sampai kita
semua berada dalam kesatuan iman, sekaligus menegur semua
saudara-saudara bahwa mereka tidak akan berbantah-bantahan
untuk pandangan mereka yang berbeda yang mengarah pada
perpecahan tubuh.
TENTANG ALKITAB
Alkitab adalah Firman Allah sempurna dan otoritas untuk
keselamatan dan kehidupan Kristen. (Lihat II Timotius 3:15-17.)
TENTANG TUHAN
Hanya ada satu Allah, yang telah menyatakan diri-Nya sebagai
Bapa kita, di dalam Anak-Nya Yesus Kristus, dan sebagai Roh
Kudus. Yesus Kristus adalah Allah dimanifestasikan dalam daging.
Dia adalah Allah dan manusia. (Lihat Ulangan 6:4; Efesus 4:4-6,
Kolose 2:9;. I Timotius 3:16)
TENTANG DOSA DAN KESELAMATAN
Semua orang telah berdosa dan membutuhkan keselamatan.
Keselamatan datang karena anugerah melalui iman berdasarkan
korban penebusan Yesus Kristus. (Lihat Roma 3:23-25, 6:23,
Efesus 2:8-9.)
TENTANG INJIL
Injil yang menyelamatkan adalah kabar baik bahwa Yesus mati
untuk dosa-dosa kita, dikuburkan, dan bangkit kembali. Kami
mentaati Injil (II Tesalonika 1:8; I Petrus 4:17) dengan
pertobatan (kematian terhadap dosa), baptisan air dalam nama
Yesus Kristus (penguburan), dan menerima karunia Roh Kudus
(kebangkitan). (Lihat I Korintus 15:1-4, Kis 2:4, 37-39;. Roma 6:34)
TENTANG HIDUP KRISTEN
Sebagai orang Kristen kita harus mengasihi Allah dan sesama. Kita
harus hidup kudus secara lahiriah dan batiniah, dan menyembah
Tuhan dengan sukacita. Karunia-karunia Roh, termasuk
penyembuhan, adalah untuk gereja saat ini. (Lihat Markus 12:2831, II Korintus 7:1, Ibrani 12:14,. I Korintus 12:8-10)
TENTANG MASA DEPAN
Yesus Kristus akan datang kembali untuk mengangkat gereja-Nya.
Pada akhirnya akan terjadi kebangkitan dan penghakiman terakhir.
Orang benar akan memperoleh hidup yang kekal, dan orang yang
tidak benar akan memperoleh kematian yang kekal. (Lihat I
Tesalonika 4:16-17;. Wahyu 20:11-15)
WHAT WE BELIEVE ...
Trumpets Sound GPSDI Church is a church based on the Bible.
We based the Bible in terms of our endeavor to base all of our
beliefs and our lifestyle on an explicit part of the Bible or on the
biblical principles. Based on the Bible, we believe the following
things ..
BASIC DOCTRINE
Basic doctrine is the biblical standard of full salvation, which
include: repentance, water baptism by immersion in the name of
Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the
Holy Spirit with the sign of speaking with other languages, as
given by the Holy Spirit.
We will endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit until we all are in
the unity of the faith, at the same time admonishing all brethren
that they would not be arguing for their different views that lead
to the disintegration of the body.
ABOUT THE BIBLE
The Bible is the Word of God is perfect and authority for
salvation and the Christian life. (See II Timothy 3: 15-17.)
ABOUT GOD
There is only one God, who has revealed Himself as our Father, in
His Son Jesus Christ, and as the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is God
manifested in the flesh. He is God and man. (See Deuteronomy 6:
4; Ephesians 4: 4-6, Colossians 2: 9 ;. I Timothy 3:16)
ABOUT SIN AND SAFETY
All have sinned and need salvation. Salvation comes by grace
through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
(See Romans 3: 23-25, 6:23, Ephesians 2: 8-9.)
ABOUT THE GOSPEL
Gospel that saves is good news that Jesus died for our sins, was
buried, and rose again. We obey the gospel (II Thessalonians 1: 8;
I Peter 4:17) with repentance (death to sin), water baptism in the
name of Jesus Christ (burial), and receive the gift of the Holy
Spirit (resurrection). (See I Corinthians 15: 1-4; Acts 2: 4, 3739 ;. Romans 6: 3-4)
ABOUT CHRISTIAN LIFE
As Christians we are to love God and neighbor. We must live holy
outwardly and inwardly, and worship God with joy. Gifts of the
Spirit, including healing, are for the church today. (See Mark 12:
28-31, II Corinthians 7: 1, Hebrews 12:14 ,. I Corinthians 12: 810)
ABOUT THE FUTURE
Jesus Christ will come again to lift his church. In the end there
will be resurrection and final judgment. The righteous will inherit
eternal life, and the unjust will earn eternal death. (See I
Thessalonians 4: 16-17 ;. Revelation 20: 11-15)
