Contoh : memutuskan menunda atau melanj. Produksi bila tiba2 terjadi
guncangan pasar.
✔ Pengalokasi sumber daya (Resource allocated), bertang. Jwb pada
keseluruhan alokasi sumber daya pada organisasi. Contoh : membuat
jadwal, otorisasi, pembuatan anggaran, dll.
