INTISARI
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi, faktor
pendukung dan penghambat serta manfaat dalam implementasi Sistem
Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 pada PT Metabisulphite Nusantara. Subjek
penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Metabisulphite Nusantara. Sedangkan Objek
penelitian adalah Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 pada PT
Metabisulphite Nusantara.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan sumber
informan, tempat penelitian dan dokumen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan
adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik
wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan
dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan,
mengelolah dan menyajikan data.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, persyaratan Sistem Manajemen
Mutu ISO 9001:2008 telah dipenuhi oleh PT Metabisulphite Nusantara yang
meliputi mulai dari klausul: Lingkup, Acuan Normatif, Istilah dan Definisi,
Sistem Manajemen Mutu, Tanggung Jawab Manajemen, Manajemen Sumber
Daya, Realisasi Produk, Pengukuran, Analisis dan Peningkatan. Akan tetapi
didalam Klausul 7. Realisasi Produk tepatnya pada Klausul 7.3 Desain dan
Pengembangan tidak dilakukan oleh PT Metabisulphite Nusantara. Faktor
pendukung dalam Implementasi ISO 9001:2008 pada PT Metabisulphite
Nusantara antara lain: dana perusahaan, keterlibatan dan kerjasama dari semua
pihak baik internal dan eksternal, ketaatan dan konsistensi karyawan atas
komitmen perusahaan dan kebijakan perusahaan, Pemenuhan fasilitas yang baik,
aman dan nyaman, sistem informasi dan teknologi canggih. Faktor
penghambatnya adalah masih ada beberapa karyawan yang ditemukan kurang
pemahaman atas ISO 9001:2008. Karyawan masih harus berusaha keras dan perlu
penyesuaian diri atas apa yang akan ditargetkan harus tercapai dan melakukan
peningkatan terus menerus. Manfaat dalam implementasi Sistem Manajemen
Mutu ISO 9001:2008 di PT Metabisulphite Nusantara diantaranya: pencapaian
visi dan misi perusahaan lebih sistematis, efektif dan efisien, Profit/ laba
mengalami kenaikan dikarenakan peningkatan pada penjualan terus-menerus,
kepercayaan dan kepuasaan pengguna produk yang dihasilkan pada perusahaan ini
mengakibatkan pula semakin bertambahnya pelanggan, kejelasan kerja lebih
terarah dan terfokus sehingga memperjelas pembagian tugas, wewenang dan
tanggung jawab setiap lapisan manajemen, adanya sistem pendokumentasian yang
menjadi semakin baik, sistem mutu yang terpantau baik, dan meningkatkan citra
PT Metabisulphite Nusantara.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation, the
supporting and the inhibiting factor and the benefit in implementing the Quality
Management System ISO 9001:2008 on PT Metabisulphite Nusantara. The
subject of the research is conducted in PT Metabisulphite Nusantara. Meanwhile,
the object of the research is the implementation of Quality Management System
ISO 9001:2008 on PT Metabisulphite Nusantara.
This research is qualitative research which is carried out by using informant
source, research place, and documentation. The purposive sampling has been used
as the sampling technique. The data collection has been carried out by performing
interview, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis
technique is descriptive qualitative which has been carried by performing:
collecting, processing, and presenting the data.
The result of this research describes that the requirements of Quality
Management System ISO 9001:2008 have been fulfilled by PT Metabisulphite
Nusantara which includes i.e.: Scope, Normative References, Terms and
Definitions, Quality Management System, Management Responsibility, Human
Resources Management, Product Realization, Measurement, Analysis and
Enhancement. However, in the 7th clausal, the realization of product to be exact
in 7.3 clausal, the development and design has not been carried out by PT
Metabisulphite Nusantara. The supporting factors in the implementation of ISO
9001:2008 on PT Metabisulphite Nusantara i.e.: company’s fund, involvement
and cooperation of all parties, both internal and external, compliance and
consistency of the employees to the company’s commitment and policies, the
fulfillment of a good, comfortable and safe facilities, the modern technology and
information system. The inhibiting factor is there are some employees who have
been found that they are lack of comprehension of ISO 9001:2008. The
employees need to adapt and to try hard to comprehend on what will be targeted
and have to be achieved and to do continuous enhancement. The benefits in the
implementation of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 on PT
Metabisulphite Nusantara are: the achievement of company’s vision and mission
is more systematic, efficiency and effective, profit has increased because of the
continuous enhancement on sales, trust and satisfaction of the end-users on the
company’s product has made the enhancement of the number of customers, the
work is more focus and directed so its clarify the division of tasks, authorities and
responsibilities of each level of the management, the documentation system is
getting better, a well supervised quality system, and the enhancement of the image
of PT Metabisulphite Nusantara.
