Kudus, 26 Agustus 2015 Aspandi ii iii Decision Support Systems (DSS) is one of software product developed specifically to assist in making decision process. The houses selection according to some people is a simple and easy problem, but when faced with many houses choiceswhere each house had advantages and disadvantages will made some people found it difficult to make choices because it was motivated by several factors such as: price, installments, facilities and infrastructure, location, type of housing, the distance to the town, and so forth. Therefore, we need a system that is expected to help recommend a home that will be selected by potential buyers so that community needs can be met in obtaining information about the home / residential and information mortgages with affordable funds according to ability. This system is made by applying fuzzy MADM method that can help in decision making, especially in the house selection. Testing was done by comparing the results of the interviews and the calculation system. From the results of testing the system on several cases, the system can produce the same recommendation with a choice of prospective buyers. The results of performed tests used three (3) data sample based home interview data, the calculation of the results obtained in the form of total integral were the first house was worth 1.6125 second home was worth 1.7625 and the third house was worth 1.6875. From the total known integral obtained a second home that had the largest value so that the value of all the biggest to-optimist was a second home. Keywords: Decision Support Systems, Fuzzy MADM, Criteria. iv v ABSTRACT Supplementary Feeding (PMT) Recovery is a program of the Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia through the operational funds of Health (BOK) which is intended for children aged 6 – 59 months with less nutritional status and priority targets, namely poor families. To that end, in addressing this need for a system that can determine who will be eligible for this recovery PMT. Applications built a web based apllications using the programming language PHP and using Mysql database. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) which is a weighted summation method used to find the optimal alternative of a number of alternative creteria certain criteria. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method also requires the decision matrix normalization process to a scale which can be compared with all the rating alternative. Result of this study support the decision on the determination of beneficiaries PMT Recovery for toddlers with pretermined criteria and other processes involved in the assesment. Keywords : PMT Recovery, System, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), PHP, Mysql vi ABSTRAK Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) Pemulihan merupakan salah satu program dari Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia melalui dana Bantuan Operasional Kesehatan (BOK) yang ditujukan untuk balita usia 6 – 59 bulan dengan status gizi kurang dan sasaran prioritas yaitu keluarga miskin. Untuk itu, dalam menyikapi hal tersebut perlu adanya suatu sistem yang dapat menentukan siapa saja yang layak mendapatkan PMT Pemulihan ini. Aplikasi yang dibangun merupakan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan menggunakan database MySql. Metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot yang digunakan untuk mencari alternatif optimal dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria – kriteria tertentu. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) juga membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan ke suatu skala yang dapat diperbandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian dapat mendukung keputusan pada penentuan penerima bantuan PMT Pemulihan untuk balita dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan proses lain yang terkait dalam penilaian.
