ABSTRAK Ilhamiansyach 190211100190, Kesiapan Menghadapi Dunia Kerja di era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) pada Mahasiswa Akhir Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan mahasiswa akhir fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas trunojoyo madura dalam menghadapi dunia kerja pada era VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity). Objek pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas trunojoyo Madura. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa masih banyak mahasiswa akhir ataupun Hasil dari peenlitian menggunakan beberapa indikator kesiapan kerja dapat disimpulkan bahwa beberapa indikator yang dimiliki oleh seseorang menjadi salah satu faktor yang dapat menjadi pendukung kesiapan kerja mahasiswa akhir dalam menghadapi dunia kerja di era VUCA. The objects in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trunojoyo University, Madura. The method used in this study is to use qualitative by conducting interviews with students of economics and business faculties. The results of this study conclude that there are still many final students or the results of research using several indicators of work readiness, it can be concluded that several indicators owned by a person are one of the factors that can support the work readiness of final students in facing the world of work in the VUCA era.
