Saudara – saudariku inilah meja Tuhan dan Ia memanggil kita datang …

Angkatlah hatimu
Kami angkat hati kami kepada Tuhan

Allah maha kuasa dan perkasa,

Hosana di tempat maha tinggi.
Diberkatilah Dia yang datang dalam nama Tuhan

Sungguh kuduslah Engkau, ya Bapa, sumber segala yang kudus.
Maka kami mohon: semoga RohMu menyucikan persembahan ini.
Agar menjadi bagi kami, tubuh dan darah PuteraMu terkasih, Tuhan kami Yesus
Kristus.
Pada malam Ia diserahkan, sebelum menderita sengsara dengan rela, Yesus
mengambil roti, mengucap syukur,
lalu membagi-bagi roti itu dan memberikannya kepada para murid seraya
berkata:
"Terimalah dan makanlah! Inilah tubuhKu yang dikurbankan bagimu."

Demikian pula sesudah perjamuan Ia mengambil cawan.
Sekali lagi Ia mengucap syukur,
lalu mengedarkan cawan itu kepada para murid seraya berkata:
"Terimalah dan minumlah! Inilah darahKu, darah perjanjian baru dan kekal,
yang ditumpahkan bagimu dan bagi semua orang demi pengampunan dosa.
Ingatlah akan Aku dengan merayakan peristiwa ini."

Kami mohon, agar kami yang menerima tubuh dan darah Kristus, dipersatukan
oleh Roh Kudus menjadi umatMu.
DOA SYAFAAT

Tuhan Yesus Kristus, janganlah memperhitungkan dosa kami.
Tetapi perhatikanlah iman gerejaMu, dan restuilah kami supaya hidup bersatu
dengan rukun sesuai dengan kehendakMu
Sebab Engkaulah pengantara kami, kini dan selamanya.
PEMECAHAN ROTI
Tuhan Yang Pengasih, kami tidak layak datang dalam perjamuan ini,
mengandalkan kebenaran kami sendiri, tetapi oleh kemurahanMu sematamata. Kami tidak layak mengumpulkan remah-remah yang berada di bawah
mejaMu. Tetapi Engkau adalah Tuhan yang sama, yang senantiasa
berbelaskasihan. Oleh karena itu, karuniakanlah kami, Tuhan yang Pengasih,
untuk memakan tubuh AnakMu yang terkasih Yesus Kristus dan meminum
darahNya, maka kami selamanya tinggal di dalam Dia dan Dia di dalam kami.
Inilah Anak domba Allah yang menghapus dosa dunia.
Berbahagialah kita yang diundang ke perjamuanNya.
Ya Tuhan, hambaMu tidak layak menerimaMu.
Tetapi bersabdalah saja maka aku akan disembuhkan.

SAKRAMEN: Perjamuan Kudus

PENGANTAR
Saat ini kita bersama-sama merayakan perjamuan kudus, karena Tuhan
Yesus Kristus sendirilah yang menetapkannya dan mengundang kita untuk
melakukannya. Kami juga penuh sukacita menyambut saudara-saudara yang
berasal dari gereja lain yang bersedia dan siap untuk merayakan perjamuan
kudus bersama dengan kami di sini saat ini.
Agar perjamuan kudus ini sungguh-sungguh menjadi berkat bagi kita,
selayaknyalah kita memeriksa diri kita masing-masing dihadapan Tuhan.
Apakah kita hidup dalam damai dengan Allah? Apakah kita hidup dalam
damai dengan sesama kita: dengan istri atau suami, dengan orangtua atau
anak, dengan saudara-saudara, dengan teman dan tetangga, dan dengan
siapa pun yang kita jumpai dalam kehidupan kita?
Di dalam ketidaksempurnaan kita, kita percaya Allah menyucikan kita dari
segala dosa kita, membarui hidup kita, memampukan kita untuk
mempersaksikan kasih Kristus melalui hidup kita dan melayakkan kita untuk
merayakan perjamuan kudus saat ini.
Pengarahan Hati
P : Marilah kita mengarahkan hati kepada Tuhan
J : Kami mengarahkan hati kepada Tuhan
P : Marilah kita bersyukur kepada Tuhan, Allah kita.
J : Sungguh layak bersyukur kepadaNya.
Doa Syukur
P : (Mengucapkan doa syukur)
Penetapan Perjamuan Kudus
P : Kita bersyukur karena Bapa Yang Mahakudus senantiasa menyertai kita dan
Kristus mengundang kita untuk mengambil bagian dalam perjamuan kudus
ini. Kita yakin bahwa Roh Kudus telah dicurahkan atas kita, sehingga dengan
iman, kita mengalami kehadiran Kristus bersama kita di sini. Kristus, yang
pada malam waktu Dia diserahkan, mengambil roti dan sesudah itu Dia
mengucap syukur atasnya. Dia memecah-mecahkannya dan berkata, "Inilah
tubuhKu yang diserahkan bagi kamu; perbuatlah ini menjadi peringatan akan
Aku!". Kristus, yang juga mengambil cawan sesudah makan, lalu berkata,
"Cawan ini adalah perjanjian baru yang dimateraikan oleh darahKu.
Perbuatlah ini setiap kali kamu meminumnya, menjadi peringatan akan
Aku!".

Peringatan Akan Kristus
P : Pada saat ini kita hadir dalam peristiwa karya kasih Allah yang
menyelamatkan dunia: kelahiran dan kehidupan Kristus, AnakNya diantara
manusia, pembaptisanNya, perjamuan malam terakhir bersama muridmuridNya dan kematianNya. Kita memberitakan kebangkitan Kristus dan
kenaikanNya ke surga dalam kemuliaan, dimana Dia berdoa bagi dunia. Kita
merindukan kedatangan Kristus kembali pada akhir zaman untuk
menggenapi segala sesuatu. Maka sebagai persekutuan yang dipersatukan
dengan dan dalam Kristus, kita mengingat pengorbanan Kristus yang
menyelamatkan, yang dikaruniakan kepada umat manusia disemua tempat.
J : Terpujilah Tuhan!
P : Ketika kita mengambil bagian dalam perjamuan kudus ini, Roh Kudus
menolong kita sehingga kita dipersatukan dalam Kristus menjadi satu tubuh
dan satu roh dan menjadi persembahan yang hidup bagi Allah.
J : Terpujilah Roh Kudus!
P : Melalui Kristus, dengan Kristus, dalam Kristus, semua hormat dan kemuliaan
bagi Allah Bapa, dalam persekutuan dengan Roh Kudus, sekarang dan
selamanya.
J : Terpujilah Bapa, Anak dan Roh Kudus!
Doa Bapa Kami
(Doa Bapa Kami diucapkan secara bersama)
Bapa kami yang di sorga,
dikuduskanlah nama-Mu.
Datanglah kerajaan-Mu, jadilah kehendak-Mu,
di bumi seperti di sorga.
Berikanlah kami pada hari ini makanan kami yang secukupnya,
dan ampunilah kami akan kesalahan kami seperti kami juga telah mengampuni
orang yang bersalah kepada kami.
Dan janganlah membawa kami ke dalam pencobaan,
tetapi lepaskanlah kami dari pada yang jahat.
Karena Engkaulah yang empunya Kerajaan dan kuasa dan kemuliaan sampai
selama-lamanya.

P : Tuhan telah mengampuni dan mempersatukan kita. Oleh karena itu marilah
kita hidup dalam damai dan pengampunan. Damai Tuhan besertamu!

Pemecahan Roti

persekutuan dengan tubuh Kristus.

Makanlah, sambil ingat dan percayalah, bahwa tubuh Tuhan kita, Yesus

P : (Sambil menuangkan air anggur ke cawan lalu mengangkat cawan)
Cawan minuman syukur ini adalah persekutuan dengan darah Kristus.
C. PEMBAGIAN AIR ANGGUR
P : Ambillah!
(Air anggur diedarkan)
P:
Minumlah, sambil ingat dan percayalah bahwa darah Tuhan kita, Yesus
Kristus, telah dicurahkan bagi keselamatan dunia.
(Jemaat meminum air anggur secara bersama)

INVITATION
Jesus cried out, “Let anyone who is thirsty come to me, and let the one who
believes in me drink. As the scripture has said, ‘Out of the believer’s heart
shall flow, rivers of flowing water.’” Now he said this about the Spirit,
which believers in him were to receive...” John 7: 37b -39a.
THE GREAT THANKSGIVING
The Lord be with you.
And also with you.
Lift up your hearts.
We lift them to the Lord.
Let us give thanks to the Lord our God.
It is right to give God thanks and praise.
Thanks and praise, glory and honour are rightly yours, Creator God.
In the beginning, your Spirit moved across the face of the waters, and when we
were formed from the dust of the earth, you breathed into us the breath of life.
Even when we resisted and grieved you, your Spirit came upon diverse people,
empowering them to speak your word of life. Your steadfast love endures forever
and ever.
And so we praise you with the faithful of every time and place, gathered in word
and spirit with choirs of angels and the whole creation in the eternal hymn:
Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might,
heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest.
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.
Hosanna in the highest.
In the fullness of time, you gave us your Son Jesus Christ, to be for us the way, the
truth, and the life. At his baptism in the Jordan your Spirit came upon him
declaring him to be your beloved Son.
With your Spirit within him he resisted temptation; he proclaimed justice to all
peoples, good news to the poor, release to the captives, sight for the blind, and
liberty for those who are oppressed.
He emptied himself of self -serving power, and filled with the empowering love of
your Spirit, he loved people to the uttermost limits of love, giving himself over to
death to defeat the power of evil.

On that never-to-be-forgotten night, the night of his betrayal, as he sat at the
table with his friends, he took bread, gave you thanks, broke it, gave it to his
disciples, and said: “Take, eat, this is my body which is given for you.”
When supper was over, he took the cup, gave you thanks, gave it to his disciples,
and said: “Drink from this all of you; this is my blood, poured out for you and for
all, for the forgiveness of sins. Do this in remembrance of me.”
On that never-to-be-forgotten day when you raised him from the dead, he was
recognised by his disciples in the breaking of the bread, and in the power of your
Holy Spirit your people have continued in the breaking of the bread and in prayer.
When we eat this bread and drink from this cup we experience anew the
presence of the Lord Jesus Christ and look forward to his coming in final victory.
Remembering his death and resurrection, his ascension and his promise to be
with us always, we pray that you will send the power of your Holy Spirit upon us
and upon these gifts, blessing this sharing of bread and wine, Christ’s life in us.
Send us as your witnesses into all the world, empowered by your Spirit and in the
name of Jesus Christ our Lord in whose name we are bold to pray ‘Our Father....’

Hallowed be your name,
You kingdom come,
Your will be done, on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins
As we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial
And deliver us from evil.

The bread we break is a sharing in the body of Christ.

The peace of the risen Lord be with you all.

Invite people to share a sign of peace with their neighbours.
PRAYER AFTER COMMUNION
Gracious God, we praise, worship and adore you for the food received at your
table. You have sent your Holy Spirit among us to make our eating and drinking
here a memorial of our Lord Jesus Christ. We go from here, strengthened,
refreshed, and empowered by your Spirit to make our living and working, our
loving and doing and thinking, a trueand joyful memorial of him. We look to that
day when, with the great company of witnesses that surround us, we may eat and
drink and beglad with him in the glory of your kingdom. This we pray in the name
of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

THE INVITATION
Jesus said, when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame and the
blind.”
THE STORY OF THE LAST SUPPER
On the night before he was nailed to the cross, Jesus shared a final meal with his
friends.
One of his followers, Paul, tells the story :
“I have already told you what the Lord did on the night he was betrayed. And it
came from the Lord himself. He took some bread in his hands. Then after he had
given thanks, he broke it and said, This is my body which is given for you. Eat this
and remember me.
And after the meal, Jesus took a cup of wine in his hands and said...This is my
blood, and with it God makes a new agreement with you. Drink this and remember
me.
The Lord meant that when you eat this bread and drink from this cup, you tell
about his death until he comes. (I Cor. 11:23-26)
THE GREAT PRAYER OF THANKSGIVING
The Lord be with you

It is right to give our thanks and praise.
We thank you for making us and giving us a wonderful world in which to live. We
thank you for the sound of surf crashing on a beach, for mountain mist and for
the deserts of the inland.
We thank you for Jesus the Christ who came to help the lonely, the marginalized,
and the lost; who offers all a new starts just when we thought there was no hope.
We thank you for the Holy Spirit who, as our friendly guide, opens doors, is full of
surprises and who invites us to join God’s family. And now we join people from
every time and place, we join with all created things and we join with the angels
in Heaven to praise you our God.
Holy, Holy, Holy Lord. God of power and might,
Heaven and earth are full of your glory,
Hosanna in the Highest.

BLESSING AND CONSECRATION
This ordinary bread came from wheat in a paddock and was made by human
hands.
Bless the work of our hands and make us hunger for a world where all are fed.
This ordinary wine came from grapes in a vineyard and was made by human
hands.
Bless the work of our hands and make us thirsty for justice.
Send now your Spirit on this bread and wine, so they may be for us Christ’s Body
and Blood.
Send your Spirit on us so that we may become one with Christ and one with
each other.

Our Father in heaven,

SENDING PRAYER
We thank you Loving God that you have fed us through this sacrament. We
thank you for Jesus who is true bread and food for eternal life.
Send us out into the world with renewed strength to tell good news to the poor,
to announce freedom for the captive, to give sight to the blind and to say.y ”This
is the year of the Lord”.
