Abstrak
Pesawat dental x-ray panoramic adalah suatu
peralatan di bidang radiologi yang digunakan untuk
menangkap seluruh bagian mulut dalam suatu gambar,
termasuk gigi ata dan rahang bawah, struktur dan jaringan
sekitarnya dengan menggunakan sinar-x . umumnya teknik
yang digunakan untuk mendiagnosa dengan cara sumber
sinar-x dan film berputar mengelilingi pasien, gerakan film
kaset berputar pada sumbunya bergerak mengelilingi pasien,
sumber sinar-x dan tempat kaset bergerak secara bersamaan
dan berlawanan satu sama lain.
Mendapati alat dental x-ray panoramic merk asahi
dengan kondisi mati total yang tidak bisa digunakan secara
fungsional, serta alat tersebut sudah lama tidak digunakan
dan dimanfaatkan, perlu dimodifikasinya alat tersebut
dengan membuat (pengaturan kV dan proses scanning) pada
alat dental x-ray panoramic dengan tujuan agar bisa
mempermudah dalam penggunaan alat dental x-ray
panoramic.
Penulis ingin mengoptimalkan alat tersebut agar
dapat
dimafaatkan
untuk
proses
pembelajaran.
Pengoptimalan yang dimaksud oleh penulis adalah
pembuatan driver baru untuk pengaturan kV dan proses
scanning.
Hasil pengukuran dan analisis pada pesawat dental
x-ray panoramic ini, kualitas hasil foto akan semakin tajam
jika pemilihan kV semakin tinggi namun bila pemilihan kV
terlalu tinggi hingga melampaui titik tertentu dan output
tegangan HTT melebihi 82.290 volt maka kualitas gambar
akan menurun, hal ini sesuai dengan hukum gossen.

Abstract
Dental x-ray panoramic plane is a piece of
equipment in the field of radiology are used to capture all
parts of the mount in on image, including the upper teeth
and lower jaw, surrounding structures and system with using
x-ray. Generally, technique which used to diagnose is x-ray
source and the film revolves around the patient, movement of
the film cassete rotating on the fuse moves around the
patient. X-ray sources and the place of movementcassete
similtaneousty and opposite to each other.
Find dental x-ray panoramic tool made by asahi with
total dead condition that cannot be used functionally, as well
as the tool has not been used and exploited in long time,
Need had modification the tool by making (control kV and
and the scanning process) on the dental x-ray panoramic
tool in order to facilitate the use of dental x-ray panoramic.
Author wants to optimize the device to be used for
the learning process. Optimization is meant by the authors is
the manufacture of a new driver to control kV and the
scanning process.
The measurment result and analysis of dental x-ray
panoramic, the image quality will be sharper if the setting kv
too high but when the setting kv is too high up to beyond a
certain point and the output voltage HTT exceeds 82.290
volts image quality will decline, this is in accordance with the
law GOSSEN.
