Prototype pemanfaatan
tenaga air sebagai sumber energi listrik merupakan alat
alternative pembangkit listrik yang memanfaatkan energy air sebagai sumber energi , Dalam
perancangan alat ini di gunakan kolam renang anak balita sebagai wadah penampung air,
Pada dasar nya prinsip kerja Prototype alat sama dengan prinsip kerja PLTA berkerja dengan
cara mengubah energy potensial menjadi energi mekanik.Untuk meningktkan kadar air
digunakan sebuah pompa air . air yang terdapat dalam wadah akan di tarik naik dengan
menggunakan pompa air, dan di teruskan ke dalam pipa PVC, Air yang berada pada pipa
akan mengalir dan jatuh pada baling- baling turbin sehingga turbin berputar. Putaran turbin
akan menggerakan altenator sehingga menghasilkan tegangan listrik Dc, dalam pengujian
alat selama 60 menit tegangan yang di hasilkan oleh alternator 2,4 volt dan arus 1,7 ampere dan
daya yang tersimpan pada aki 4,71 volt .dan dalam perhitungan daya yang di hasilkan dan
tersimpan di aki selama 60 menit adalah 8,007 watt.

Prototype the utilization of hydro power as a source of electrical energy is an
alternative tool of power plants that utilize water energy as a source of energy, In the design of
this tool is used the pool of children under five as a container of water reservoir, On the basis
of its working principle of Prototype tools similar to the working principle of hydropower work
with How to convert potential energy into mechanical energy. To increase the water content
used a water pump. water contained in the container will be in the drop ride by using a water
pump, and forwarded to the PVC pipe, water is in the pipe will flow and fall on the turbine
blades so that the turbine rotates. The rotation of the turbine will move the altenator to produce
a Dc electric voltage, in the 60 minute test of the voltage generated by the 2.4 volt alternator
and 1.7 ampere current and the power stored on the 4.71 volt battery and in the calculated
power Results and stored in the battery for 60 minutes is 8,007 watts.
