Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
pengaruh partisipasi pemakai sistem dan dukungan manajemen
terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi yang diperoleh
berdasarkan persepsi dari karyawan. Kinerja dari sistem
informasi sendiri dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor agar
sistem informasi tersebut dapat menyajikan informasi yang
baik.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Data diperoleh
dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisa data
yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif
antara persepsi partisipasi pemakai sistem dan faktor dukungan
manajemen terhadap kinerja sistem informasi akuntansi.
Koefisien determinan diperoleh 0,752 menunjukkan adanya
kontribusi dari persepsi partisipasi pemakai dan faktor
dukungan manajemen terhadap kinerja sistem informasi
akuntansi. Jadi, persepsi pemakai sistem dan faktor dukungan
manajemen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja
sistem informasi akuntansi.
Kata kunci: persepsi partisipasi pemakai, persepsi
dukungan manajemen, kinerja sisten informasi akuntansi.

The aim of this study is to find out the influence of
perception of user participationt and the perception of
management support to accounting information system
performance based on the perception of employees.The
performance of the information system is affected by several
factors that can make good information.
This study is case study. This data was obtained by
spreading the questionnaire. The data analysis technique of this
study was multiple linear regression.
The result of the research shows that there is a positive
influence between the perception of the user participation and
the perception of the management support to accounting
information system performance. The value of the
determination coefficient was 0,752, the valueshowed that
there was 75,2 % contribution of the perception of the user
participation and the perception of the management support to
accounting information system performance. So, the perception
of the user participation and the perception of the management
support influence to accounting information system
performance.
