Warping Flow Procces Weaving Flow Procces is divided into 2 main stage i.e. Preparation and Weaving. Before the yarn is weaved, it should be prepared. And the first preparation stages is warping Warping is the first stage of preparation. Warping is a procces that roll up the yarn from the cones into beam. Beam is a place for storing the yarn in weaving industry. So the yarn is rolled up into beam with same yarn length, same yarn tension, and same hardness. While the yarn is being rolled up, it is passing few part of warping machine. It is creel, tensioner, yarn deliverer, stop motion, expansion comb, head stock. Creel is place to hang the cones. So before the yarn can be rolled up, it should be place on the creel. The number of used creel is same with the number of used cones. Tensioner is used for maintain the tension of the yarn. It shaped like to two nearby rings. Those rings form an angle that can be adjusted according to tension needed. Tension is very important in warping section. Is there is even one yarn that deviate the tension, it can bother next step, Sizing. The yarn can be loose, and can be stick each other. Yarn deliverer is used the deliver the yarn from creel to head stock. The yarn deliverer is made from ceramic material. Because ceramic is resist from friction of the moving yarn. Ceramic is more durable than metal. And ceramic can’t rust unlike metal. Stop motion is part of warping machine that used to detect broken yarn. So if there any yarn broke, the stop motion will detect it and stop the machine. If this broken, it has to repaired soon. Expansion comb is a comb that can be adjust the width according to the number of yarn. It can adjust the edge of yarn too so the yarn not scratch with the beam. Head stock used to drive the beam so the beam can rolls the yarn. The speed of rolling can be adjusted on this thing. It also can adjust the yarn rolls hardness. This is the control panel of warping machine. Things that have to be considered when warping : 1. Yarn tension 2. Yarn rolls hardness. 3. Yarn number 4. Number of yarn breaks.
