Pencapaian kadar vitamin C dalam jumlah buah, diantaranya; jeruk Keprok Medan sebanyak 3-6 buah per hari, Mandarin 3-6 buah, Pontianak 4-9 buah per hari, Valencia 3-9 buah per hari, hasilnya bervariasi tergantung jenis kelamin, usia, dll. Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant, collagen formation and maintain the immune system. Ascorbic acid must be obtained from foods, not only vegetables but also fruits, one of them is orange. This research used experimental descriptive methods by measuring the vitamin C in citrus fruits, there’s local orange and imported orange; Medan Tangerine, Mandarin, Pontianak, Valencia citrus. The research is performed by Iodometric Titration method. The sample used from citrus juice, titration each sample were performed three times replicated. The results analysis can be calculated from outcome of formulated standard and sample of vitamin C level. The results showed that the average of vitamin C level in citrus samples, the highest is Mandarin citrus with vitamin C content of 31.82%, Medan Tangerine 15,91%, Pontianak and Valencia citrus is 6.9697%. Attainments of Vitamin C level compared to daily necessities based on Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of vitamin C, the highest in the Mandarin oranges is 79.20 mg/250 ml, Medan Tangerine is 39.73 mg/250ml, Pontianak and Valencia citrus is 14.41 mg/250 ml. Attainment of vitamin C level in the amount of fruit, such as; Medan Tangerine field approximately as much as 3-6 fruits per day, Mandarin is 3-6 fruits per day, Pontianak is 4-9 fruit per day, Valencia is 3-9 fruits per day, the results vary depending on gender, age, etc. Keywords: Citrus fruits, Vitamin C, Iodometric Titration, Daily Necessities
