Immediately Required Position: Jnr Mine Engineer Work Location: Sorowako For Regional/National Recruitment Purpose of the Role: Produce mine plan, production scheduling, high quality design, projects development and monitoring the progress in order to support the overall success of meeting the department objectives. Accountabilities: 1. Responsible in Engineering/Mine Planning activities job, include projects development and responsible in production/project scheduling to ensure the quality of work. 2. Ensure compliance to environmental, safety procedures, standards and policies. 3. Prepare, plan and analyze the pit design, disposal design, quarterly forecast and capital design to support mine activities effectively. 4. Ensure mine operation is following plans as per specifications (mine engineering drawings) to ensure the compliance of mine planning. 5. Prepare the reporting and documentation, both hardcopy and electronic copy to ensure proper documentation. 6. Prepare simple basic cost and present costing and economics benefits of project improvement. 7. Support any users who need any data about Mine Production, and Mine Equipment Performance. 8. Liaise with other section and contractor to ensure to mining work is completed. Technical Specializations: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Open pit nickel laterite mine and geology knowledge. Ore Blending knowledge. Well understanding in Mine Operation and Mine Planning. Computer literate in using Ms Office and Mine Software (Vulcan, Surpac, FMS, Minesched). Good English communication skills, spoken and written. Requirements: 1. 2. 3. 4. Bachelor degree (S1) from Mining Engineering. 1 - 4 years working experience in Mine planning and mine operation. POP certification is preferred.
