ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berjudul “ Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Front Office
Terhadap Keputusan Menginap di Wailiti Beach Hotel And Restaurant MaumereFlores”. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah kualitas
pelayanan front office berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap ?
Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif
dengan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini
adalah 156 orang, untuk menentukan sampel penulis menggunakan rumus Slovin
maka jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 61 orang.
Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh F hitung dengan sig 0,000
< 0,1 maka variabel kualitas pelayanan dapat menjelaskan variabel keputusan
menginap secara singnifikan dengan R quare sebesar 0,563 artinya variabel
kualitas pelayana mampu mempengaruhi keputusan menginap di Wailiti Beach
Hotel And Restaurant Maumere-Flores sebesar 56,3% dan 43,7% di pengaruhi
oleh faktor lain.

ABSTRACT
The research is entitled “ The Influence of Front Office quality of service
towards the decision to stay at Wailiti Beach Hotel And Restaurant MaumereFlores”. The problem of this research is to know how the quality of front office
service influence the decision to stay at the Wailiti Beach Hotel And Restaurant
Maumere-Flores
This research uses quantitative methods with research instruments in the
form of questionnaires. The population in this study was 156 people, to determine
the sample, the author used the Slovin formula, thus the number of samples in this
study was 61 people
The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained F count with sig
0.000 <0.1 thus the service quality variable can explain the decission to stay
variable significantly with R square of 0.563 indicating the service quality
variable is capable to influence decision to stay at the di Wailiti Beach Hotel And
Restaurant Maumere-Flores by 56.3% and 43.7% are influenced by other factors.
