ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan isolasi bakteri dari tanah Tempat Pembuangan Sampah untuk pembuatan pupuk organik cair. Dari hasil isolasi ditemukan 4 spesies bakteri yang berbeda dan diberi kode sp1, sp2, sp3 dan sp4. Dilakukan uji pewarnaan gram dan uji potensial terhadap masing-masing spesies meliputi uji karbohidrat, protein dan lemak, dari hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa bakteri sp3 lebih potensial dalam mendegradasi karbohidrat, protein dan lemak. Pembuatan pupuk organik cair dari limbah sayur pasar dilakukan dengan menambahkan 300 mL larutan bakteri sp3 kedalam 1,5 kg limbah sayur dan diukur volume pupuk cair yang dihasilkan dengan variasi waktu fermentasi 1 minggu, 2 minggu, 3 minggu dan dilakukan perbandingan dengan pembuatan pupuk organik cair tanpa penambahan bakteri. Didapatkan bahwa pembuatan pupuk organik cair dengan menggunakan bakteri memberikan hasil yang optimal yaitu 1,495 L dan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif singkat yaitu 1 minggu, sedangkan pembuatan pupuk tanpa menggunakan bakteri membutuhkan waktu 3 minggu untuk mendapatkan hasil yang optimal yaitu 1,163 L. Kemudian diuji kadar unsur C-organik, K, P dan N dari pupuk organik cair yang dihasilkan. From the isolation, 4 species of bacteria were found, and given it sp1, sp2, sp3, and sp4 code. Has done potential test and gram colouring test to each bacteria include carbohydrate, protein and fat test, based on the test, has found that the bacteria of sp3 are more potential to degrade carbohydrate, protein, and fat. Manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer from the vegetables waste has done with adding adding 300mL solution of bacteria sp3 into 1,5 kg vegetables waste and measured the volume of output liquid organic fertilizer that have differentially compousting in 1 week, 2 week, 3 week and has compared it with manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer without adding bacteria. Has found that manufacture liquid organic fertilizer gave an optimal result that is 1,495 L and need relative concise in time that is 1 week, in while manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer without adding bacteria need 3 weeks to get an optimal result that is 1,163 L.
