ABSTRAK
Manajemen proyek merupakan suatu tata cara mengorganisir dan mengelolah
sumber penghasilan yang penting untuk menyelesaikan proyek dari awal sampai
terselesaikan proyek tersebut. manajemen proyek adalah pencapaian semua tujuan akhir
proyek dengan segala batasan yang ada, waktu dan dana yang tersedia.
Line of Balance (LoB) adalah metode yang menggunakan keseimbangan operasi,
yaitu tiap tiap kegiatan adalah kinerja yang terus menerus.Keuntungan utama dari
metodologi LoB adalah menyediakan tingkat produktifitas dan informasi durasi dalam
bentuk format grafik yang lebih mudah.
Durasi waktunya lebih cepat di bandingkan kurva S waktu kerja 12 minggu atau 90
hari kerja perunit setelah menggunakan perhitungan metode LoB durasi waktu yang di
gunakan untuk menyelesaikan 3 unit rumah tipe Kuta durasi waktu 30 minggu atau 210
hari kelender, metode LoB melakukan optimasi waktu yang paling efisien dalam
pelaksanaan proyek berulang

ABSTRACK
Project management is a procedure for organizing and managing the important
source of income to complete the project from the beginning until the project is completed.
Project management is the goal of all the project's final with all existing boundaries, time
and funds available.
Line of Balance (LOB) is a method that uses the operating balance, that every single
item is a continuous ly performance. The main advantage of this methodology is to provide
productivity levels and duration information in an easier form of a graphic format.
The duration time is faster compared to the S curve working time of 12 weeks or 90
working days per unit after using LOB method, duration of time used to complete 3 units of
Kuta type housing is 30 weeks or 210 calendar days, LOB method optimizing the most
efficient time in recurring project implementation
