PEMBEBASAN BEA MASUK ATAS IMPOR BAHAN BAKU, MESIN-MESIN,
ALAT-ALAT PERLENGKAPAN SERTA SUKU CADANG UNTUK PEMBUATAN,
PERBAIKAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN KAPAL LAUT DAN ALAT APUNG
SELAIN KAPAL PESIAR DAN KAPAL OLAHRAGA

Menimbang
:
bahwa untuk mendukung perkembangan industri perkapalan di dalam negeri,
dipandang perlu memberikan pembebasan bea masuk atas impor bahan baku,
mesin-mesin, alat-alat perlengkapan serta suku cadang untuk pembuatan,
perbaikan dan pemeliharaan kapal laut dan alat apung selain kapal pesiar dan
kapal olahraga, dengan penetapannya dalam Keputusan Menteri Keuangan.
Mengingat
:
1. Undang-undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1995 (BN No. 5806 hal. 5B-19B) tentang
Kepabeanan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1995 Nomor 75,
Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3612);
2. Keputusan Presiden Nomor 122/M Tahun 1998 (BN No. 6164 hal 9B);
3. Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 440/KMK.05/1996 (BN No. 5880 hal
15B) tentang Penetapan Sistem Klasifikasi Barang dan Besarnya Tarip Bea
Masuk Atas Barang Impor sebagaimana telah diubah dan ditambah, terakhir
dengan Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 344/KMK.01/1999 (BN No.
6328 hal 1B-12B).
Memperhatikan :
Surat Menteri Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Nomor 464/MPP/5/1999 tanggal
25 Mei 1999.
MEMUTUSKAN :
Menetapkan
:
KEPUTUSAN MENTERI KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA
TENTANG PEMBEBASAN BEA MASUK ATAS IMPOR BAHAN BAKU,
MESIN-MESIN, ALAT-ALAT PERLENGKAPAN SERTA SUKU CADANG
UNTUK PEMBUATAN, PERBAIKAN DAN PEMELIHARAAN KAPAL
LAUT DAN ALAT APUNG SELAIN KAPAL PESIAR DAN KAPAL
OLAHRAGA.
Pasal 1
Atas impor bahan baku, mesin-mesin, alat-alat perlengkapan serta suku cadang untuk pembuatan,
perbaikan dan pemeliharaan kapal laut dan alat apung selain kapal pesiar dan kapal olahraga
sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran Keputusan ini diberikan pembebasan bea masuk sehingga
tarip akhir bea masuk menjadi 0% (nol persen).
Pasal 2
Permohonan pembebasan bea masuk sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 diajukan kepada Direktur
Jenderal Bea dan Cukai, dengan tembusan kepada Direktur Jenderal Industri Logam, Mesin, dan
Kimia.
Pasal 3
Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai atas nama Menteri Keuangan menerbitkan Keputusan Menteri
Keuangan tentang pemberian pembebasan bea masuk sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 1 dengan
berpedoman kepada Daftar Barang-barang serta Sepsifikasi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Lampiran
Keputusan ini.
Pasal 4
Keputusan ini mulai berlaku sejak tanggal 1April 1999 sampai dengan tanggal 31 Maret 2000.
Agar setiap orang mengetahuinya, memerintahkan pengumuman Keputusan ini dengan penempatannya
dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia.
