Abstract
Write down here your paper’s abstract in one paragraph, no more than 250
words, Times New Roman in 12 pt font size, single line-spacing, justified
paragraph style. The abstract is neither an “introduction”, nor the conclusion
of the discussion. Instead, it should contain, but not be limited to: (1) the main
question or the background of the discussed issue; (2) how the question is
discussed in the paper; and (3) the main result of the discussion. Other
important matters discussed in the paper that significantly contribute to the
final result of the research may be noted here, but you have to consider,
however, the limited space of the abstract. Contribution: Please briefly
describe the contribution of your research including theoretical and practical
contributions.
Keywords: Mention only specific/key concepts [word or phrase], 3-5 concepts
Abstrak
[Put here your Indonesian version of the Abstract, in 12 pt font size, single

Introduction [the First Section must be “Introduction”, Times New
Roman Typed in Bold, 14 Pt Font-Size]
Your text is here, Times New Roman in 12 pt font size, 1.5 line spacing and
justified paragraph style; do not add space before and/or after the paragraph. It is much
better to not format your text in a specific technique, but instead, just leave it plain, except
that you need to type certain words in a “special method”, or to emphasize certain words.
Italics are a must when typing non-English words. The Arabic word is transliterated based
on the Istinbath style, which is available for download in PDF file format on the journal
website.
Please explore in more words the background of your paper and your current
research position, among other research on related themes. You should discuss here as
well your research’s relations with those of other researchers; a literature review,
especially on the most relevant, newly published academic works published in highreputation journals, is a must.
To put it another way, please try to answer at least two questions: (1) why you
believe that your research question is important to answer; and (2) how other scholars
have or have not answered, or how you think your answer would be a contribution to the
existing scholarship on the subject.
Write an introduction in four sections. The first section explains your problem in
a global context (between countries), then explains the specific context of your research
accompanied by data. The second section contains a literature review on the extent to
which your research has been conducted, then explains the novelty of your research. The
third section explains the objectives of your research, and the fourth section explains the
assumptions of your research.
Here are some examples of writing and citations. The writing style follows
the 17th edition of the Chicago Manual of Style (full notes), using the reference
management tools Zotero or Mendeley.

Online gender-based violence (OGBV) has occurred in several countries, for
example, in the United States,1 the United Kingdom,2 Australia,3 and Brazil.4 Many
factors, including social, cultural, and intricate regulatory influences, shape this
phenomenon's emergence.5 The primary motivations encompass deeply rooted gender
inequality, the normalization of misogyny, ineffective regulatory frameworks, and a
general lack of awareness or tolerance of gender equality.6
Method [Typed in Bold, 14 Pt Font-Size]
A detailed description of your methods for doing the research is not necessary to
write down in this section, but if you think you have to do so, you may mention it slightly
in one or two sentences. A little bit of exploration of the flows of your discussion and the
expected final results will be good points for closing this introduction section.
Results and Discussion [Typed in Bold, 14 Pt Font-Size]
The First Aspect of the Discussion, as the Second Section [Typed in Bold, 12 Pt FontSize]
Here, you may discuss every aspect of the issue one by one. It is necessary to build
an argument and provide original data that can be discussed and compared to the research
and works of other scholars. In other words, the way to discuss an issue here is by
combining the data and the discussion. So, it is not recommended to separate merely the
data description from the analysis on it.

Every quotation is written down in a specific way that can be identified as a
“quotation” different from your original text. At the end of every quotation, you have to
put its reference(s) in the footnote, according to the Chicago Manual of Style 17th
edition (full note), utilizing the Reference Manager Tool by either Zotero or Mendeley.
A reference must also be put at the end of every citation that paraphrases ideas from
someone’s work. If the citation is taken from a book, it must be like this,7 and the
subsequent citation is like this.8 Please note that the footnote reference number is placed
after, not before, any punctuation. Just mention the last name of the author, the work’s
title, and the specific page where you quoted. The citation from the interview is written
like this or the citation from the interview could be written by mentioning the name/initial,
position of the interviewee, and time of the interview.
The Third Aspect of the Discussion, and so on [Typed in Bold, 12 Pt Font-Size]
It is possible to add sections as needed. A section may consist of several subsections, typed in bold-italic and numbered list style, like the following example.
1. Subsection as Part of its Parent Section
You do not need to add any special indentation when typing the body text under
the subsection heading. The body text here is typed just like any other body text.
2. Another Subsection
Although you may need another subheading under this "subsection," it is strongly
not recommended to do so. Instead, please arrange your discussion and explanation in
narrative paragraphs. In addition, the listing style of the text paragraph is also not
suggested.
3. Figure and Other Illustrations
If you need to include any table, figure, image, or other illustration, please provide
a high-resolution picture file as an attachment to your submission file. We will be very
happy, however, if you can convert such illustrations into narratives and do not include
any pictures in your paper.
