As the function of the resistor as the name implies is resistive and is one of electronic components in the passive components in the passive component category. The unit or resistance value of a resistor is called Ohm and is represented by the symbol Omega ( Ω ). Resistors are used as part of electronic circuits and electronic circuits, and are one of the most frequently used components. Resistors can be made from a variety of components and films, even resistance wire ( wire made from high resistivity alloys such as nickel-chromium ). In addition, resistors also have several function including : holding some of the electric current to suit the needs of an electronic circuit, to divide the voltage, and to generate high and low frequencies with the help of transistors and capacitors. Resistors can be integrated into hybrid circuits and printed circuit boards, even integrated circuits.
