sekolah berpengaruh pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.

Dari hasil analisis yang disajikan pada tabel di atas, diperoleh harga: t2 = 6,992, db = 62, pvalue = 0,000 < 0,05, atau Ho ditolak. Dengan demikian: Kompetensi berpengaruh
pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru.
