Responsible for well control self-audit and issues correction before each spud in, oil/gas/water zone revealing. Carry out all the preparations of oil/gas/water zone revealing, which include cadres 24h on duty, tank level monitoring, well control drill, bolt tightness of well head equipment, well control valve maintenance, well control unit checkup, weighting additive and heavy fluid storage, well control technical precaution demonstration, etc 3. Join pre-tour and tailgate meeting, arrange well control work to the shift 4. Responsible for implementing well control ERP, report well control cases immediately, organize well control remedy according to ERP 5. Responsible for organizing well control inspection regularly, responsible for correct all the existing issues 6. Responsible for organizing staff to obtain/renew well control certificate, maintain certificate holding ratio at 100% 7. Organize related person to joining well control training regularly 8. Attend well control meeting held by company, hold preside over weekly well control meeting at rig, arrange well control employment Rig Engineer 1. Deputy Chief of well control group, assist rig manager in well executing well control practice. Focus on well control technology application. Instead of rig manager’s position to manager well control work if the rig manager isn’t at rig site 2. Responsible for inspecting and evaluating all the well control equipment sent/retrieved to/from rig, standardizing well control equipment installation Rig Post Well Control Responsibilities 3. Responsible for declaring well control technical precaution before each spudding, oil/gas/water zone revealing, giving well control order to the shift. Supervise crew well control regulations and precautions execution 4. Arrange perform SLOW CIRCULATION RATE, calculate oil/gas/water migration speed after reservoir opened up. Record corresponding data 5. Organize well control equipment pressure testing regularly 6. Ensure the string well control measure implementation at each BHA assembling 7. Selective check well control drill, ensure drill meeting practical requirements 8. Attend well control meeting held by company and rig, publicity well control document and requirement from head office 9. Participate well control issues rectifying. Apply well control compliance acceptance before each spudding, oil/gas/water zone revealing 10. Fill out well control shut in form after well is shut, evaluate the procedure and well control equipment, rectify all the issue existing, report the issue which is cannot be closed to head office. Deputy chief of well control group, assist rig manager in changing well control work, focus on HSE management, takeover well control responsibility of rig manager when he is not at position 2. Attend rig site well control meeting, join the self well control audit and self-rectification 4. Responsible for announce to rig crew safety precaution, organize H2S / first aid / fire-fighting / evacuation drill 5. Responsible for anti-pollution measure execution, set muster point at location Tool Pusher 1. Responsible for rig equipment standardization. Ensure the equipment integrity, tightness, flexibility, linkage, there is no visible leakage 2. Attend well control meeting, join the self well control audit and self-rectification 3. Inspect main drilling equipment every day, maintain or repair any defective equipment On Duty Tool Pusher 1. Attend pre-tour meeting and tailgate meeting, arrange and evaluate tour well control work 2. Implement routine check, check crew execution on well control instruction 3. Responsible for shift well control, supervise volume monitor, kick drill, well control equipment maintenance, mud property. Ensure accumulator unit meet well control standard. Responsible supervising crew operation to meet HSE regulations, stop and correct regulation violation 5. Fill out well control shut in form after well is shut, evaluate the procedure and well control equipment, rectify all the issue existing 6. Keep the key of fire equipment room(spare key) 7. Responsible for direct site well control emergency response 8. Acquaint oil/gas show at target stratum and formation opened Rig Mechanic 1. Responsible for equipment standardization. Ensure the equipment integrity, tightness, flexibility, linkage, there is no visible leakage 2. Attend rig site well control meeting, join the self well control audit and self-rectification 3. Responsible check main equipment tourly, rectify problem as observation Driller 1. Organize and held pre-tour and tailgate meeting, arrange well control work, implement well control task arranged by superior, meet well control requirement 4. Organize kick drill under different circumstance as specified in regulation, improve capabilities of rescue and emergency handling 5. Following equipment operating regulations and crew task instruction 2. Function test well control equipment according to well control regulation, check manifold/accumulator/air pressures on the accumulator unit, check the electrical and air pump running status, check and maintain accumulator unit, hydraulic hose, BOP, manual lock, etc 3. Responsible for filling up the hole while pull out of hole, line up the circulation system to prepare for killing the well 4. Responsible for ascertaining kill flow rate and confirming stand pipe pressure according to Slow Circulation Rate data, record the data properly 5. Responsible for keeping key of fire-fighting room 6. Familiar with well control procedure, shut in the well according to position action designated Derrick man 1. Responsible monitor tank volume in a Kelly drilling rig. Fill out volume form. Report to driller if there is a kick 2. Check bolts on BOP and well head flanges every shift, maintain well control valves regularly 3. Familiar with well control procedure, shut in the well according to position action designated Floor man 1. Assist derrick man in making up and tightening bolts on well head, assist in maintaining valves Rig Post Well Control Responsibilities 2. Responsible for lubricating IBOP(Kelly cock, safety valve, check valve, float valve), keep safety valve spanner 3. Monitor the fluid filling up and flow out situation while tripping 4. Familiar with well control procedure, shut in the well according to position action designated Roustabout 1. Monitor the tank volume when circulate fluid, condition drilling fluid, deal with down hole complication in a top drive rig. Fill out volume form. Report to driller any abnormal findings 2. When there is a well kick, blow out happen, help motorman stop power for derrick, stop power for shale shaker, mud tanks. Ensure the power availability in the accumulator unit and flood lights 3. Responsible for inspecting and servicing well control joint 4. Assist derrick man in making up and tightening bolts on well head, assist in maintaining valves 5. Familiar with well control procedure, shut in the well according to position action designated Driver 1. Perform tour check, work standards meet HSE regulations 2. Familiar with well control procedure, shut in the well according to position action designated Mud Engineer 1. Attend pre-tour and tail gate meeting, report fluid properties and next plan 2. Responsible for measuring fluid properties during drilling, report to driller immediately when fluid parameter change abnormally Rig Post Well Control Responsibilities 3. Responsible for monitoring tank volume at tripping, empty hole, logging, casing running and cementing, fill out volume form, report any abnormal findings. Prepare enough weighting material and heavy fluid, check every tour 4. Familiar with well control procedure, shut in the well according to position action designated Motorman 1. When there is a well kick, blow out happen; turn on flood light turnoff the power of rig floor, generator houses, and derrick. Keep power supply for accumulator unit 2. Responsible for power and gas connection of accumulator unit, ensure using dedicated cable. Label the switch 3. Responsible for checking power circuit of well control unit and firefighting equipment
