Capacity/truck = 8MT, so we need 5-6 trip/day Cob Drying When harvest the moisture of corn about 30%, we need to decrease till 25% (3-4 days) before threshing so the seeds aren’t broken. Threshing Capacity of the Tresher is 1,5MT/hour. Working hours/day = 7 hours, so we can threshing about 10,5MT/day/thresher. We need about 4-5 thresher to finished 45MT corn cob 4 Drying Capacity of the dryer is 7MT/batch, to finished 14MT corn cob, needs twice cycle/day. This dryer can decrease the moisture 1%/hour. Final moisture must be less than 14% Packaging and Shipping After drying process, grain packed in 50kg sack and stored in a warehouse lined with staple (to avoid fungi).
