Data menunjukkan belum optimalnya pendokumentasian clinical pathway di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pendokumentasian Clinical Pathway oleh tenaga kesehatan di ruangan CVCU, Bangsal Jantung dan Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Disain Penelitian cross sectional study, besar sampel 71 orang tenaga kesehatan yang terdiri dari perawat, dokter, apoteker dan ahli gizi. Teknik sampling diambil secara proportional simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan lembar observasi berupa format clinical pathway dan catatan perkembangan pasien terintegrasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan distribusi frekuensi, uji chi square dan uji Regresi Logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 62,0% tenaga kesehatan tidak patuh dalam pendokumentasin Clinical Pathway, 64,8% berpendidikan rendah, 73,2% dengan masa kerja ≥ 5 tahun, 60,6% memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, 62,0 % memiliki sikap positif, 70,4% memiliki motivasi yang tinggi, 53,5% kepemimpinan case manager dalam pendokumentasian clinical pathway menurut tenaga kesehatan adalah baik serta terdapat hubungan bermakna antara pendidikan dan motivasi dengan pendokumentasian clinical pathway oleh tenaga kesehatan. Pendidikan adalah variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan dengan nilai p= 0,017 (<0,05). Saran untuk rumah sakit agar memfasilitasi tenaga kesehatan untuk melanjutkan meningkatkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi baik formal maupun non formal serta mengoptimalkan peran tenaga kesehatan yeng berpendidikan tinggi dalam penerapan dan pendokumentasian clinical pathway. The aim of this research is to analyse factors that associated with clinical pathway documentation by health personnels di CVCU, heart care, and children care room in RSUP Dr. M.Djamil. It is cross sectional study, with 71 health personnels as sample which are nurses, doctors, pharmacists and nutritionists using proportional simple random sampling. Collecting data by questionaire, observation and documentation study which the instruments are tested their validity and reliability. The data are analysed by distribution of frequencies, chi square test and logistic regression test. The research results show that 62.0% of health personnel comply the clinical pathway documentation, 64.8% of them are low level of education, 73.2% of them with ≥ 5 years of service, 60.6% of them have good knowledge, 62.0% of them have positive attitude, 70.4% have high motivation, 53.5% of them said that leadership of case manager in clinical pathway documentation are good and there is significant relation between education and motivation with clinical pathway documentation by health personnels. Education is the most related with p value = 0,017 (<0,05). So, it suggest to RSUP Dr. M.Djamil to make sure that health personnels have higher education from formal and informal institution by providing them with opportunity and facility. RSUP Dr. M. Djamil should optimize the role of health personnel’s with higher education in application and documentation of clinical pathway.
