ABSTRAK
Akupuntur merupakan pengobatan alternatif yang didasarkan pada teori
memasukkan jarum halus dititik-titik tertentu pada tubuh untuk membantu
memulihkan kesehatan dan kebugaran bagi tubuh, sehingga menjadi suatu
perhatian khusus terhadap semua orang yang menginginkan kesembuhan pada
penyakit yang dideritanya. Studi ini memfokuskan pada tindakan sosial pada
pasien dalam melakukan pengobatan akupuntur di kota Surabaya sebagai proses
penyembuhan penyakit. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan secara
kualitatif tindakan sosial pada pasien dalam memilih pengobatan akupuntur di

Acupuncture is an alternative treatment that is based on the theory insert
fine needles at specific points on the body to help restore the health and fitness for
the body, so that it becomes a special attention to all those Who wants a cure in
her illness. The study focused on social action in patients in the acupuncture
treatment in the city Surabaya as the healing process. The purpose of this research
is to describe qualitatively social action in a patient in choosing acupuncture
treatment in the city of Surabaya as sore healing process.
