Effect of Work Environment, Leadership Style on Performance Through Employee Motivation and Discipline Irrigation Department Grobogan Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Melalui Motivasi Dan Kedisiplinan Pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan Tri Isnanto Program Magister Manajemen STIE-AUB Surakarta 2015 Abstraksi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan melalui motivasi dan kedisiplinan sebagai variable intervening. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis), dimana akan diuji dengan uji t, uji F dan uji R 2, Correlations, pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung dan total pengaruh. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sampel yang digunakan adalah pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan yang berjumlah 50 responden. Hasil uji t menunjukkan lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kedisiplinan pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan. Sedangkan lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai R2 total sebesar 0,8845 atau 88,45 %. Ini berarti bahwa kinerja pegawai Dinas Pengairan Kabupaten Grobogan, dijelaskan oleh variabel lingkungan kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kedisiplinan sebagai variabel intervening sebesar 88,45 % dan sisanya sebesar 11,55 % dijelaskan variabel lain di luar model penelitian, misalnya kompetensi, pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja dan lain-lain. Abstrack This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, leadership style on performance Irrigation Department Grobogan through motivation and discipline as an intervening variable. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis), which will be tested by t test, F test and R2, Correlations, direct effect and the indirect effect and the total effect. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, the sample used is employee Irrigation Department Grobogan totaling 50 respondents.
