Setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan spesialis mata dan beberapa fellowship Dr Nila langsung
bergabung dengan KMN sejak berdiri pertama kali di tahun 2004.
Dr. Nila mempunyai perhatian khusus di bidang transplantasi kornea.
