PENGARUH STRES DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT
SARANA AGRO NUSANTARA UNIT BELAWAN
Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh
stres dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Unit
Belawan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh
stres dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sarana Agro Nusantara Unit
Belawan. Hipotesis yang akan dibuktikan dalam penelitian ini adalah stres dan
motivasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sarana
Agro Nusantara Unit Belawan.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Sarana Agro
Nusantara Unit Belawan yang berjumlah 101 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
diambil dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 50 orang
dan diberikan pada responden secara acak. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data dalam penelitian ini
dikumpulkan melalui teknik studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan kuesioner. Data yang
berhasil dikumpulkan dan layak untuk dianalisis, selanjutnya dilakukan uji prasyarat
yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reabilitas. Data yang memenuhi prasyarat dianalisis
dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda.
Pembuktian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini didasarkan atas hasil uji F dan uji t.
Kekuatan variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan
menggunakan analisis koefisien determinan.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan stres (X1) dan
motivasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT
Sarana Agro Nusantara Unit Belawan (Y). Sedangkan secara parsial, stres
berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Sarana Agro
Nusantara Unit Belawan.

ABSTRACT
EFFECT OF STRESS AND MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE’S PERFORMANCE
IN PT SARANA AGRO NUSANTARA AT BELAWAN UNIT
This study was conducted aimed to determine and analyze the effect of stress
and motivation on employee’s performance in PT Sarana Agro Nusantara at Belawan
Unit. Formulation of the problem in this study is wheter there is an influence of stress
and motivation on employee’s performance in PT Sarana Agro Nusantara at Belawan
Unit. The hypothesis will be proven in this study is the stress and motivation has a
significant influence on the performance of employees of PT Sarana Agro Nusantara
at Belawan Unit.
The population in this study were all employees of PT Sarana Agro Nusantara
at Belawan Unit totaling 101 people. The samples in this study were taken by using
Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 50 people and given to respondents
at random. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. The data in
this study were collected through the documentation method, observation, and
questionnaire. Data were collected and analyzed for viable, further comprising test
requirement of validity and reability. Data that meets the prerequisites analyzed using
descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis . Proving of this hypothesis
based on the results of the F test and t test . While the strength of the other variables
that were not analyzed in this study were analyzed using analysis of determinant
coefficient.
Based on the analysis concluded that simultaneous stress (X1) and motivation
(X2) have a significant positive effect on the performance of employees of PT Sarana
Agro Nusantara at Belawan Unit (Y) . While partially , stress has a significant
negative effect on the performance of employees of PT Sarana Agro Nusantara at
Belawan Unit.
