ABSTRAK Untuk mengukur kinerja suatu perusahaan, biasanya digunakan analisis rasio-rasio keuangan yang terdiri dari rasio likuiditas, rasio leverage, dan rasio profitabilitas. Dengan mengetahui bagaimana analisis rasio-rasio keuangan dan pengaruhnya terhadap harga saham perusahaan, dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menentukan bagaimana seharusnya pemenuhan kebutuhan dana harus dilakukan sehingga tujuan perusahaan untuk memaksimumkan kemakmuran para pemegang saham (pemilik) dapat tercapai melalui peningkatan harga saham. . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan Return on Total Assets terhadap return saham pada Sektor Properti dan Real Estate Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2013-2015 baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan survey dimana populasi diambil dari Sektor Properti dan Real Estate Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2013-2015, dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampel. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan variabel Current Ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Return saham sebesar 12% dan sisanya sebesar 88% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain, variabel Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Return saham sebesar 23,8% dan sisanya sebesar 76,2% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain. dan Return on Assets berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Return saham sebesar 38,5% dan sisanya sebesar 61,5% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Current Ratio (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) dan Return on Assets (X3) terhadap return saham (Variabel Y) sebesar 40,6% dan sisanya sebesar 59,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain Kata Kunci: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Return Saham ABSTRACT To measure the performance of a company, usually used in the analysis of financial ratios of liquidity ratios, leverage ratios, and profitability ratios.
