Abstrak
Industri yang berkembang di Kabupaten Temanggung adalah
industri kayu lapis. Pabrik industri kayu lapis di Kabupaten
Temanggung hingga tahun 2014 terdapat 34 pabrik industri kayu
lapis.Keberadaan industri kayu lapis berkembang tiap tahunnya.
Bahan baku industri kayu lapis ialah kayu sengon,dimana untuk
mencukupi permintaan bahan baku denagan jumlah industri yang
meningkat,maka banyak berkembangnya hutan rakyat dengan hasil kayu
sengon. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
pengaruh industri kayu lapis terhadap perkembangan hutan rakyat di
Kabupaten Temanggung.
Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut maka timbul research question
yaitu
“Bagaimana
pengaruh
industri
kayu
lapis
terhadap
perkembangan hutan rakyat di Kabupaten Temanggung”.Jawaban dari
pertanyaan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjelaskan perkembangan yang
terjadi
baik
pada
perkembangan
industri
kayu
lapis
dan
perkembangan hutan rakyat, serta variabel perkembangan industri
kayu lapis yang mempengaruhi perkembangan hutan rakyat. Sehingga
muncul hipotesis awal, yakni perkembangan industri kayu lapis
mempengaruhi perkembangan hutan rakyat di Kabupaten Temanggung.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deduktif
kuantitatif positivistik dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda.
Berdasarkan
hasil
analisis
regresi
berganda
terdapat
pengaruh signifikan dari perkembangan industri kayu lapis yakni
variabel jumlah bahan baku,harga bahan baku,jumlah permintaan kayu
lapis dan harga jual kayu lapis terhadap perkembangan hutan
rakyat.Pengaruh variabel bahan baku,semakin tinggi bahan baku yang
dibutuhkan industri kayu lapis maka semakin bertambahnya jumlah
luasan hutan rakyat agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan bahan baku
industri. Pengaruh variabel harga bahan baku,semakin tinggi harga
beli bahan baku kayu lapis,maka semakin bertambahnya minat petani
untuk menanam sengon.Pengaruh permintaan kayu lapis,semakin tinggi
permintaan kayu lapis maka semakin bertambahnya luasan hutan
rakyat karena disebabkan oleh bertambahnya penanaman sengon untuk
memenuhi
permintaan
kayu
lapis.Pengaruh
harga
jual
kayu
lapis,semakin tinggi pula harga bahan baku sengon.
Kesimpulan penelitian ini yakni perkembangan industri kayu
lapis mempengaruhi perkembangan hutan rakyat dengan variabel
yang sangat kuat mempengaruhi adalah jumlah bahan baku yang
dibutuhkan dan jumlah permintaan kayu lapis.

Abstraction
A thriving industry in Temanggung is the plywood industry.
Industrial plywood factory in Temanggung until 2014 there are 34
factories industrial plywood.The existence of the industry
developing of plywood every year. Industrial raw material wood is
plywood sengon, where sufficient demand for the raw materials
industry increased number of assembled, then many people's forest
development with wooden sengon results.
Based on those phenomena arise research question, namely
"how to influence the development of plywood industry of forest
peoples in Temanggung Regency".The answer to these questions is
expected to explain the developments that occur either on a
plywood industry development and the people's forest development,
as well as the development of variable plywood industry influenced
the development of the forest people. So it appears the initial
hypothesis, i.e. the development of plywood industry influenced
the development of the forest peoples in Temanggung. The methods
used in this research is quantitative, deductive method of
positivistic multiple regression analysis technique.
Based on the results of multiple regression analysis there
is a significant influence of the development of the industry of
plywood which is a variable amount of raw materials, the prices of
raw materials, the quantities of plywood and the selling price of
plywood against the development of the forest people.The influence
of variable raw materials, the higher the required raw material
industrial plywood then the increasing number of extents of forest
peoples in order to meet the needs of industrial raw materials.
The influence of variable price of raw material, the higher the
purchase price of raw materials of plywood, then the increasing
interest of farmers for planting sengon.Influence of plywood
demand, the higher the demand for plywood is the people's forest
area increased due to increased plantings and sengon due to meet
the demand for plywood.The influence of the selling price of
plywood, the higher price of raw materials also sengon.
Based on the findings of the studies that have been done, so
this research can already answer the research purposes i.e. to
know the influence of plywood industry to the development of the
forest people. Thus it can be concluded that the development of
plywood industry influenced the development of the forest people
with very strong affect variables is the number of the required
raw materials and the amount of demand for plywood.
