CLASSIFICATION ANALYSIS OF HONDA MOTOR DEALER IN EAST JAVA BASED ON PERFORMANCE CRITERIA Name NRP Study Program Department Supervisor : : : : : Yunita Setya Tiar 1310 030 025 Diploma III Statistics FMIPA-ITS Dr. Sony Sunaryo, M.Si Abstract According to data from the Indonesian Motorcycle Industry Association (AISI), Motorcycles experienced very significant growth from year to year. PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mulia is the sole distributor and reliable after-sales service provider and Honda motorcycle parts for East Java and East Nusa Tenggara. PT. Mitra Pinashtika Mulia always drove in contributing to the development of motor industry. To increase sales of motorcycle product, PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mulia need improvement in service delivery. Performance criteria is a measure to express good or poor quality of service, so in this research will do some research to classify and know the differences in each group brand Honda motorcycle dealer in East Java by using the Cluster The performance criteria in order to know the characteristics different of each group were formed. The results showed that group 1 consisted of 12 dealers, group 2 consisted of 49 dealers while group 3 consisted of 192 dealers. The analysis also showed that the dealer group 3 on average are superior to group 1 and group 2 in the quality of care. Key Words : PT.
