PENGARUH TINGKAT ENERGI PROTEIN RANSUM TERHADAP TOTAL
PROTEIN DAN KERAPUHAN SEL DARAH MERAH AYAM LOKAL
JIMMY FARM

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat energi protein
ransum terhadap total protein dan kerapuhan sel darah merah ayam lokal Jimmy
Farm. Penelitian dilakukan mulai Februari hingga April 2017 di Test Farm,
Laboratorium Fisiologi dan Biokimia, Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran,
serta analisis sampel dilakukan di Laboratorium Fisiologi Ternak dan Biokimia
Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Padjadjaran. Sebanyak 20 ekor ayam lokal Jimmy
Farm yang berumur 2 minggu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5
perlakuan (R1= protein 15% dan energi 2750 kkal/kg, R2= protein 17% dan energi
2750 kkal/kg, R3= protein 19% dan energi 2750 kkal/kg, R4= protein 15% dan energi
2950 kkal/kg, R5= protein 17% dan energi 2950 kkal/kg) dan 4 ulangan. Hasil
analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa nilai rataan total protein dan kerapuhan sel
darah merah tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05).

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted to determine the effect of the energy protein
levels of the total protein and eritrosit osmotic membrane fragility of Jimmy Farm
local chickens. This research was conducted from February to April 2017 at Test
Farm in Padjadjaran University Faculty of Animal Husbandry, then for sample
analysis perfomed in the Laboratory of Animal Physiology and Biochemistry
Padjadjaran University Faculty of Animal Husbandry. A total of 20 local chickens
Jimmy Farm aged 2 weeks. This research used experimental method with five
treatment is (R1= protein 15% dan energy 2750 kkal/kg, R2= protein 17% dan energy
2750 kkal/kg, R3= protein 19% dan energy 2750 kkal/kg, R4= protein 15% dan
energy 2950 kkal/kg, R5= protein 17% dan energy 2950 kkal/kg) and four
replications. Statistical analysis showed that the average value of protein total and
eritrosit osmotic membrane fragility were not significantly different (P>0.05).
