ABSTRAK
Produktivitas karyawan merupakan hal yang penting dalam perusahaan
karena di era globalisasi saat ini dunia usaha semakin berkembang sehingga
persaingan dalam segala bidang menjadi semakin ketat. Selain itu jika karyawan
memiliki produktivitas yang tinggi maka karyawan tersebut memiliki kinerja yang
tinggi pula. Dengan kinerja yang tinggi karyawan dapat membantu organisasi
mencapai tujuan dan karir dari karyawan tersebut dapat berkembang dengan baik.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana
Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan
Provinsi Jawa Barat. Dalam menyusun skripsi ini metode penelitian yang
digunakan penulis adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data
melalui wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Sampel yang diambil dari penelitian
ini adalah pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang terletak di jalan
Surapati No. 67 Bandung pada waktu dan tempat dimana penelitian ini dilakukan.
Jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 104 orang. Variable
Independent (X) adalah Pengembangan Karir, sedangkan Variable Dependent (Y)
adalah Kinerja Pegawai.

ABSTRACT
As employee is important in the company because in this era of
globalization is currently the world business is growing so that the competition in
all areas is becoming increasingly tight. In addition, if employees have of
productivity higher than the employee has a high performance as well. With the
high employee can help organizations achieve the goals and a career out of the
employee to develop properly.
Research was carried out with the aim of knowing how the Influence of
Development Journalism on the Performance of Employee of the Department for
the province of West Java. In arranging the thesis of this research method used a
writer is the method of analysis of the sort of descriptive set of data through
interviews, observations and questionnaires. The samples taken from this
research is an employee of the Department for West Java province located at
jalan Surapati. 67, Bandung, on time and place where research is done. The
number of samples taken in this study, 104 people. Variable Independent (X) is
the development of career, while Variable Dependent (Y) is to be enchanted,
transported, and servants.
