INSTALASI (INSTALATION)
Software MedisClick merupakan aplikasi mobile AAI Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan
member AA International untuk melakukan registrasi rumah sakit dan juga keluar rumah sakit.
MedislClick application is a mobile application that provide by AAI Indonesia to facilitate all of its
member to do admission and discharge in the hospital
Aplikasi MedisClick untuk sementara ini hanya tersedia versi Android, dan untuk versi IPhone akan
segera hadir.
Currently, MedislClick application only available for android version, and for IOS version will be
coming soon.
Berikut langkah – langkah penginstalan software MedisClick
How to install the MedislClick:
1. Jalankan Aplikasi Google Play Store
Go to Google Play Store
2. Pilih menu “Search”
Select “Search”
3. Ketikkan “MedisClick”
Type “MedislClick”

4. PIlih Tombol Install
Click “Install”
5. Selesai. Jika Anda Berhasil menginstall Aplikasi MedisClick akan muncul notifikasi di Android
Anda
Finish. If you suceeded install Medisclick, a notification will pop-up on your smartphone

PENGGUNAAN PROGRAM (HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM)
Splash Screen
Setiap menjalani Aplikasi Medisclick akan menampilkan Splash screen yang bertujuan untuk
mengecek update versi Aplikasi, sehingga user akan selalu mendapatkan aplikasi yang “up to
date”
Everytime you run Medisclick, application will display a splash screen which aims to check the
updated version of the application, so the user will always get an updated version.
Welcome Screen
Layar ini akan muncul juga setiap menjalani Aplikasi MedisClick dan setiap member harus klik
Daftar terlebih dahulu
Welcome screen will appear once member runs the Medisclick application and the member have
to do registration first.

Registrasi (Registration)
User wajib melakukan pendaftaran sebelum menggunakan Aplikasi MedisClick dengan mengisi
data diri : Nama, Tanggal Lahir, No. Kartu / No. Polis, Email, No. Handphone, ID Pengguna, dan
Kata Sandi (minimal 8 karakter)
Member have to register before used the Medisclick application with fulfil : Name, Date of Birth,
Member Number Card / Policy Number, Mobile Phone, Username and password (minimal 8
characters)
Note : user yang mendaftar hanya member AA International yang sudah memiliki nomor kartu
yang diberikan oleh kami
Nama yang didaftarkan harus sama
dengan Nama yang tercantum di
Polis / SPAJ
The registered Name must be the
same as the Name listed in the
Policy / SPAJ
Ketika memasukkan Nomor Kartu,
masukkan Nomor Polis Anda dengan
prefix COMM dilanjutkan Nomor
Polis yang tertera di Kartu Peserta
Contoh: COMM123xxxxx
ID Pengguna adalah Nama yang
dikehendaki jika akan masuk Apps
kembali
When input Card Number, type your
Police Number with prefix COMM
follow by your Police Number, stated
on the Card
User ID is the desired Name once
you would sign in the Apps again
Example: COMM123xxxxx

Masuk Aplikasi (Login)
Setelah pendaftaran sukses maka Anda dapat melakukan Login dengan menggunakan ID
Pengguna dan juga Kata Sandi sesuai dengan kata sandi sewaktu pendaftaran
After register success, member have to fulfill the username and password

6. Request Panggilan : Tim Contact Center kami siap menghubungi Anda sesuai dengan
no.telepon yang terdaftar dalam medisclick ini
Request Call: our Contact Center will call the member once it’s clicked, according mobile
phone that you register

Lupa Password (Forget Password)
Jika anda lupa dengan Kata Sandi untuk login, maka Anda dapat menggunakan fitur Lupa
Password, dan data yang perlu anda lengkapi adalah Email sewaktu Anda Mendaftar dan Nomor
Kartu. Password akan di kirimkan ke Alamat Email Anda
If member happen to forget the password, use this feature to fulfill your policy or card number
and your email address as well. The username and password will be sent to your email

Masuk Rumah Sakit (Hospital Admission)
Jika ingin melakukan Registrasi pada Rumah sakit,
berikut langkah – langkahnya :
Below are steps to do registration in the hospital :
1. Pilih Menu Masuk Rumah Sakit
Select Menu “Masuk Rumah Sakit”
2. Lalu akan muncul manfaat
It will appear the benefit: Rawat Inap (Inpatient)
or Rawat Jalan (Outpatient)
3. Pilih Provinsi
Select Province
4. Pilih Kota
Select City
5. Pilih Rumah Sakit
Select Hospital
6. Akan tampil detil rumah sakit dan juga peta
rumah sakit yang dituju
7. Pilih tombol pendaftaran

8. Pilih tombol ‘OK’

Setelah Anda Melakukan Pendaftaran

Next step after having done admission
process
9. Anda akan mendapatkan tampilan
konfirmasi pengajuan. Tunggu beberapa
saat sampai pengajuan masuk rumah sakit
anda diterima atau tidak
Member will get a confirmation of
submission. Wait until the submission of
hospital is accepted or not
10. Jika Anda ingin membatalkan pengajuan
maka tekan tombol “Batal Pengajuan”
If member want to undo the submission
then select the "Cancel Submission"
11. Jika Pengajuan Anda berhasil di terima,
dan akan ada notifikasi di Handphone Anda,
maka Anda dapat menekan tombol
“Selanjutnya”
If suceed, there would be a notification
received on your mobile phone, then you
can select "Next"

Setelah menekan tombol selanjutnya,
maka Anda akan mendapatkan screen
seperti ‘Gambar A’
After pressing the next button then you
will get a display screen shown at
'Gambar A'
12. Di Gambar A akan mendapatkan
informasi Status Pengajuan, dan juga
Status Verifikasi Dokumen.
In gambar A, shows information of
Submission Status, and Verification
Document Status.
13. Pilih unggah dokumen (Gambar B)
Select “Unggah Dokumen” to upload
required document.

dokumen pendukung dengan menekan
tombol plus (+) (Gambar B)

16. Jika lolos verifikasi (gambar C),
maka akan terbit Surat Jaminan oleh
pihak AAI.
If it passes the verification (gambar C),
AAI will issue Letter of Guarantee
17. Anda bisa memilih, apakah
menyetujui Surat Jaminan (klik ‘Setuju’,
Gambar C) atau menolak Surat Jaminan
(klik ‘Tidak Setuju’, Gambar D).
Choose whether you Accept the
Guarantee Letter (press ‘Setuju’,
Gambar C) or Not (klik ‘Tidak Setuju’,
Gambar D).

Keluar dari Rumah Sakit (Hospital Discharge)
Langkah jika ingin Keluar dari Rumah Sakit:
Below are steps for Hospital Discharge:
1. Tekan Menu ‘Status Pengajuan’ pada
Home Screen
Select Menu “Status Pengajuan” on the
Home Screen
2. Maka Anda akan mendapatkan Popup
anda memiliki pengajuan. Pilih “Setuju”
Your Submission will pop-up. Then click
“Setuju”

3. Gambar A akan tampil, lalu pilih Tombol
Pulang
Picture from ‘Gambar A’ will come up,
then click “Pulang”

4. Sama dengan proses Masuk, silakan
unggah dokumen terkait dengan menekan
tombol “Unggah Dokumen” (Gambar B)
Same as Admission Process, upload
documents by click “Unggah Dokumen”
5. Perbedaan sewaktu proses Masuk,
Anda hanya perlu menguggah Dokumen
Tagihan. Kemudian tunggu saat verifikasi.

The diffrent is, when discharge, only need
to upload Original Bil. Then wait for
verification process.
6. Konfirmasi terkirim via notifikasi di
Handphone. Baik diterima ataupun di
tolak.
Confirmation will be delivered by Phone
Notification. Accepted or Not Accepted

7. Jika diterima maka akan dikirimkan
Surat Jaminan. Dilihat dengan klik “Lihat
Surat Jaminan”. Begitupula sebaliknya jika
ditolak.
If accepted then Letter Of Guarantee will
be delivered. Can be display by click “Lihat
Surat Jaminan” and vice versa

Fitur ini untuk meminta bantuan darurat kepada kami. Setelah anda menekan tombol ini.
Maka kami siap menghubungi Anda 24/7
This feature is to request emergency call to us. Once you press this button. Then we are
ready to reach you 24/7
Riwayat Pengajuan (Claim History)
Fitur ini untuk melihat riwayat pengajuan yang pernah Anda lakukan. Informasi yang
diberikan di riwayat pengajuan sangat detil. Berikut gambarnya
