ABSTRAK Sri Nurmayanti, 2012. ”Pemanfaatan Endapan Lumpur Kolam Ikan dan Penambahan Pupuk Organik Cair Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Sawi Hijau” dibawah bimbingan Suryaman Birnadi dan Eri Mustari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh interaksi antara endapan lumpur kolam ikan dan pupuk organik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau. Percobaan ini dilaksanakan di Screen House Desa Margajaya, Kecamatan Lemahsugih, Kabupaten Majalengka, Jawa Barat menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan dua faktor perlakuan dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah dosis endapan lumpur kolam ikan yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: e0 = 0% endapan lumpur dan 100% tanah (0 kg endapan lumpur kolam ikan dan 5 kg tanah), e1 = 25% endapan lumpur dan 75% tanah (1,25 kg endapan lumpur dan 3,75 kg tanah), e2 = 50 % endapan lumpur dan 50% tanah (2,5kg endapan lumpur dan 2,5 kg tanah), e3 = 75% endapan lumpur dan 25% tanah (3,75 kg endapan lumpur dan 1,25 kg tanah). Faktor ke dua adalah pupuk organik cair dengan 4 taraf kosentrasi yaitu: f0 = 0 ml/liter air, f1 = 2,5 ml/liter air, f2 = 5ml/liter air, f3= 7,5ml/liter air. Untuk menguji keragaman antara perlakuan dilakukan uji F taraf nyata 5% dan 1 % dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Lanjutan Jarak Berganda Duncan. Hasil percobaan menunjukan bahwa Terjadi interaksi antara endapan lumpur kolam ikan dan pupuk organik cair terhadap berat basah dan berat kering tanaman sawi hijau dan Taraf perlakuan kombinasi e3f2 (75% endapan lumpur kolam ikan dan 5ml/liter air) berpengaruh baik terhadap berat basah dan berat kering tanAman sawi hijau. Taraf perlakuan e3 (75% endapan lumpur kolam ikan dan 25% tanah) berpengaruh baik terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah, berat kering dan nisbah pupus akar. Perlakuan f2 (5ml/liter air) berpengaruh baik terhadap tinggi tanaman berat basah, berat kering dan nisbah pupus akar. . "Utilization of Sediment Mud Pond Fish and Addition Of Liquid Organic Fertilizer Plant Growth and Yield mustard green" Supervised by Suryaman Birnadi and Eri Mustari. This experiment was inducted to study the effect of the interaction between Sediment Mud Pond Fish and Liquid Organic Fertilizer on growth and yield of mustard green. It has been done in Screen house, located at Margajaya, Lemah sugih, Majalengka, West Java.The experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD) with two treatment factors and three replications. The first factor is the dose silt ponds consisting of 4 standard concentrations are: e0 = 0% and 100% silt soil (0 kg sludge ponds and 5 kg soil), e1 = 25% silt and 75% of the land (1,25 kg sludge ponds and 3,75 kg silt soil), e2 = 50% silt and 50% soil (2,5 kg sludge ponds and 2,5 kg silt soil), e3 = 75% silt and 25% of the land (3,75kg sludge ponds and 1,25 kg silt soil). The second factor is a liquid organic fertilizer with 4 standard concentrations are: f0 = 0 mL / liter of water, f1 = 2,5 mL / liter of water, f2 = water 5mL/liter of water , f3 = 7,5 mL / liter of water. To examine the diversity among treatments tested F real level of 5% and 1%, followed by Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The experimental results show that the interaction occurred between Sediment Mud Pond Fish and liquid organic fertilizer to wet weight and dry weight of mustard greens and combination treatment e3f2 (75% silt ponds and water 5mL/liter) affect both the wet weight and dry weight mustard greens. e3 treatment level (75% silt ponds and 25% of the land) have good effect on plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, and root dashed ratio.
