Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana aktivitas mengajar
guru,aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan
model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together (NHT) dalam mata pelajaran
PKn pada materi sistem pemerintahan pusat diKelas IV SD Negeri18 Kendari Barat
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas mengajar guru, aktivitas
belajar siswa dan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe
Numbered Head Together (NHT) dalam mata pelajaran PKn pada materi sistem
pemerintahan pusat diKelas IV SD Negeri18 Kendari Barat.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua
siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 18 Kendari Barat
yang terdaftar pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak
20 orang, yang terdiri 14 siswa laki-laki dan 6 siswa perempuan.Data dalam penelitian ini
adalah data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Data kualitatif diambil dengan menggunakan
lembar observasi, sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui tes siklus.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil belajar PKn siswa menunjukkan peningkatan
terhadap hasil belajar siswa, aktivitas mengajar guru maupun aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil
belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada tiap siklusnya, dimana berdasarkan hasil tes
tindakan tes siklus I diperoleh bahwa penguasaan siswa secara klasikal terhadap materi
pembelajaran sebesar 60% atau sebanyak 12 siswa dari 20 siswa yang memperoleh nilai ≥70
dengan nilai rata-rata 67,15% sedangkan hasil tes tindakan siklus II penguasaan secara
klasikal terhadap materi sebesar 85% atau sebanyak 17 siswa dari 20 siswa memperoleh nilai
≥70 dengan nilai rata-rata 76,25%. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa ini dipengaruhi oleh
meningkatnya aktivitas mengajar guru maupun aktivitas belajar siswa tiap siklusnya.
Berdasarkan hasil observasi, diketahui bahwa aktivitas mengajar guru pada siklus I hanya
mencapai persentase sebesar 76,47% meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 88,23%. Begitu pula
aktivitas belajar siswa, pada siklus I persentase keaktifan hanya 69,23% meningkat pada
siklus II menjadi 92,30% disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran
kooperatif tipe Numbered Head Together(NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa
kelas IV SD Negeri 18 Kendari Barat pada materi sistem pemerintahan pusat, dengan
aktivitas mengajar guru dan aktivitas belajar siswa

The formulation of the problem in this research is how the teacher teaching activity,
student learning activities and student learning outcomes can be improved through the
application of cooperative learning model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) in the
subject of Civics in the material of central government system in Class IV SD Negeri18
Kendari Barat.
The purpose of this study is to improve teacher teaching activity, student learning
activities and student learning outcomes through the application of cooperative learning
model type Numbered Head Together (NHT) in the subject of Civics in the material of
central government system in Class IV SD Negeri18 Kendari Barat.
This type of research is a classroom action research, carried out by two cycles. The
subjects of this study are teachers and fourth graders of SD Negeri 18 Elementary School
which is registered in the even semester of academic year 2016/2017 with the number of
students as many as 20 people, consisting of 14 male students and 6 female students. Data in
this research are qualitative data And quantitative data. Qualitative data were taken using the
observation sheet, while the quantitative data was obtained through the cycle test.
Based on the results of the study, students' learning outcomes showed improved
student learning outcomes, teacher teaching activities and student learning activities. Student
learning outcomes have increased in each cycle, where based on the results of the test action
cycle I obtained that the mastery of students in classical to the learning materials of 60% or as
many as 12 students from 20 students who get the value of ≥70 with an average value of
67.15% While the results of the second cycle of action test mastery of the classical to the
material of 85% or as many as 17 students from 20 students get the value of ≥70 with an
average value of 76.25%. The improvement of students' learning outcomes is influenced by
the increasing of teacher's teaching activity and student's learning activity each cycle. Based
on observation result, it is known that teacher teaching activity in cycle I only reaches
76,47% percentage increase in cycle II become 88,23%. Similarly, the activity of student
learning, in cycle I the percentage of activeness only 69.23% increased in cycle II to 92.30%
concluded that through the implementation of cooperative learning model type Numbered
Head Together (NHT) can improve learning outcomes Civics fourth grade students SD
Negeri 18 Kendari Barat on central government system materials, with teacher teaching
activities and student learning activities
