Maybe this sounds silly, but this method can let you know body gestures and speech styles that need to be improved when speaking in front of the mirror. Second, stay away from the fear of wrong speech. Usually, introverts rarely express their opinions for fear of mispronounce, and feel that they will be humiliated or avoided by others. Actually, its’s just your own feelings. Therefore, don’t be afraid to speak wrongly, since failure occurs when you’re afraid to try. Third, train yourself to express your opinions in front of others. Maybe at first you won’t get used to it. However, try to convey your opinion to the closest people. If you can do it, try to express your opinion in a meeting. Later you will get used to it! Fourth, learn to convey the narrative well and pleasantly heard. You can learn from observing your friends who are good at storytelling or from Youtube videos. This can make other people interested in hearing your story. As a result, you will be accustomed and comfortable when telling your story because many people are interested in listening to it. Fifth, don’t care what other people said. Focus on the things that can encourage you to be brave. If you’re reluctant to speak out for fear of getting a bad stamp from others, remember that you will never be able to please many people . If you try hard to please all of your friends, in the end you will become more invisible and insecure. And finally, don’t be afraid to fail. Many successful introverts become leaders and can produce works. Do you feel that introverts must be passive and can’t be leaders? That’s wrong!
