In connection with the Company’s plan to conduct a Limited Public Offering by way of a Rights Issue,
pursuant to which the Company announced the Abridged Prospectus on August 12, 2015 in the daily
newspaper Bisnis Indonesia, there is an addition/amendment to the information with respect to the
Exercise Price of one Right to one new Share from the initially announced range of IDR 63,000 per share
to IDR 99,000 per share, to the new range of IDR 65,000 per share to IDR 77,000 per share.
This notice is not for distribution, directly or indirectly, in or into the United States and is not an offer for
sale of the rights shares or the rights (the "Securities ") in the United States. The Securities have not been
and will not be registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act") and may
not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from the

Sehubungan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk melakukan Penawaran Umum Terbatas Perseroan dalam
rangka Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (”HMETD”) di mana Perseroan telah mengumumkan
Prospektus Ringkas pada tanggal 12 Agustus 2015 di surat kabar harian Bisnis Indonesia maka terdapat
tambahan /perubahan informasi yakni berkenaan dengan rentang harga Pelaksanaan satu HMETD
menjadi satu saham baru yaitu dari semula diumumkan Rp. 63.000 per saham sampai Rp. 99.000 per
saham, menjadi Rp. 65.000 per saham sampai Rp. 77.000 per saham.
Pemberitahuan ini adalah bukan untuk didistribusikan secara langsung atau tidak langsung di atau ke
Amerika Serikat dan bukan merupakan penawaran untuk penjualan saham atau hak atas saham (“Efek”)
di Amerika Serikat. Efek ini tidak didaftarkan dan tidak akan didaftarkan berdasarkan Securities Act
1933, sebagaimana dirubah (“Securities Act”) dan tidak dapat ditawarkan atau dijual di Amerika Serikat
