Abstrak
Pengendalian risiko merupakan tahap terakhir yang harus
seseorang atau perusahaan lakukan setelah mereka mengetahui risiko
yang akan dihadapi dan menganalisis risiko tersebut. Pengendalian
risiko yang dilakukan PT Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang berhasil menekan
angka kecelakaan kerja setiap tahunnya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana
gambara pengendalian risiko kecelakaan kerja di area produksi PT
Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang tahun 2017. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat
deskriptif. Jumlah sampel adalah 24 orang diperoleh secara Total
Populasi. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara menggunakan
kuesioner kepada tim P2K3 PT Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang. Data
sekunder berupa gambaran umum perusahaan, struktur organisasi
perusahaan, struktur organisasi tim P2K3 diperoleh dari departemen
HRD PT Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perusahaan berhasil menekan
angka kecelakaan kerja melalui sistem ISO 9001 yang terintegrasi
dengan sistem HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point)
dan terbukti dengan perusahaan yang mendapatkan prestasi zero
accident sebanyak 2 periode yaitu tahun 2006 – 2008 dan 2012 – 2014.
Peneliti menyarankan agar perusahaan mulai menerapkan
Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di perusahaan
dan mulai mempekerjakan seorang Ahli K3. Perusahaan juga
sebaiknya memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan tidak hanya secara
inhouse training. Perusahaan juga sebaiknya memperhatikan ramburambu komunikasi dan informasi di sekitar area perusahaan terkhusus
area produksi, menambah rambu-rambu di area yang berisiko terjadi
kecelakaan dan mengganti rambu-rambu yang sudah mulai rusak.

Abstract
Risk control is the last stage that a person or company should
do once they know the risks to be faced and analyze those risks. Risk
control conducted by PT Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang succeeded in
suppressing the number of work accident every year.
The purpose of this study is to know how the image of accident
risk control in the production area of PT Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang in
2017. This type of research is descriptive. The number of samples is 24
people obtained by Total Population. Primary data was obtained from
interview using questionnaire to P2K3 team PT Sinar Sosro Deli
Serdang. Secondary data in the form of company overview, corporate
organizational structure, organizational structure of P2K3 team
obtained from department of HRD PT Sinar Sosro Deli Serdang. Data
were analyzed descriptively.
Based on the results of the research, the company succeeded in
suppressing the number of work accidents through ISO 9001 system
integrated with HACCP system (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control
Point) and proven with companies that get the achievement of zero
accident in 2 periods, 2006 - 2008 and 2012 - 2014.
The researcher suggested that the company start implementing
the Occupational Safety and Health Management System at the
company and start hiring an Occupational Safety Expert. The company
should also provide training to employees not only inhouse training.
Companies should also pay attention to communication and
information signs around the company's area of specialty production
areas, adding to signs in areas at risk of accidents and replacing
damaged signs.
